I have been waiting longer than 12 months for someone to respond to my emails and phone calls, or at least give me the chiropractic service I paid for. This is the least professional company I've ever worked with, and I cannot believe there are actual Doctors - treating their injured patients so poorly and with such lazy disregard.I paid for my chiropractic services about 11 months ago and still have not received a fraction of the services I paid for, no matter how much I've attempted to make a new appointment or get ahold of someone that can help me. I have a broken tailbone and have tried very hard to have it heal correctly with ********** he works in the Downtown ******* location. Due to horrible parking at the Downtown ******* location, I asked Dr. **** to be transferred to the South Lake Union location. He approved and I did all the paperwork required from me, to be transferred to the new location. He said that it will be seamless and that there would be no charges or any hassle along the process. As soon as my patient information had been "transferred" from the downtown OneWellness location to the *** OneWellness location, no employee would work with me or try to help me. Employees in *** would say I was not a customer yet until my information was transferred, and downtown ******* would tell me I am no longer a customer due to my information being transferred to another doctor. Every employee refuses to work with me or sets up an appointment for me, at either location. The employees AND THE DOCTORS told me, "due to a lack of employees, customer information is falling between the cracks" and that's why I am not able to get the services that I have paid 600 dollars for. I've been promised a refund from the patient advocacy/billing department multiple times, but it's been 2 months and I have not been given a refund. No department will call me back or answer my calls. I have been yelled slurs by these employees. *** is full of inappropriate workers.
