I hired this company to clean my carpets. The technician showed up and used a very large amount of hydrogen peroxide on my carpets. He poured the hydrogen peroxide on my stairway but never suctioned it up. My stairs were soaking wet but the technician promised they would dry in ***** hours. When I inspected the other rooms he claimed to have cleaned it had been done in the same process as the stairway, soaked in hydrogen peroxide and never suctioned up. It took 5 days for my stairs to dry and they were absolutely not any cleaner than when the technician started. The original price I was quoted was somewhere around $250, I was charged $700 plus tip, totaling $750.72. Later on the evening the carpets had been cleaned, my toddler was getting out of the bath and walked on the carpet to his room. By the time he got to his bed he said his feet felt funny. When I looked at the bottom of his feet he had hydrogen peroxide *****. I took pictures to document it. By the next morning when the carpets were still soaking wet I called and asked for a refund of my money. I was told someone would email me. I did receive an email and was provided paperwork to fill out which appeared to be a non disclosure form that needed to be signed by my husband and myself before we would be issued a refund of our money. We were provided with an address to mail the paperwork back to. We had the paperwork signed and notarized and sent it to the address they provided. Several weeks later we had not heard anything or received a check. When I reached out to the company I was told they never received the letter and gave no further instructions or information on what to do. Since then *** been told many excuses such as the boss is on vacation. To date I have not received my refund.
