Hello, I noticed a debit of $98 for a subscription renewal on the www.outdoorphotographyguide.com site on December 25, a purchase I never authorized and don't plan to use. When I consulted my profile today on december 27, I noticed that my premium subscription, which I activated 11 months ago, expires only on January 4, and they debited me on December 25 without notifying me by e-mail. I therefore request a full refund from the website, please. My email subscription on the website is ********************** I've tried to contact their social networks but haven't yet received a reply. I've contacted the phone number listed on their site **************, but I'm told the phone number doesn't exist. I have also written an email to the email address provided on the site which is ************************************ but have not yet received a reply. The amount may seem insignificant, but believe me, it's a lot of money for a country like *******. What's more, I feel like I've been robbed, because I never authorized this debit. What's not logical is that normally they're not even supposed to debit me until January 4, but they did it on December 25. As I'm shocked, I've just closed my subscription with them that you will see in the Screenshots, as I have no other solution for the moment. Could you please help me ?
