In 2021 I purchased a walkin refrigeration system including installation from ******************************* with CD services, *********. It was suppose to arrive by August of 2021, that day came and went. I kept calling the office/business which was in **** and the office manager kept stalling me. In November ******* called to tell me it was in the warehouse months went by NOTHING ! I kept calling and threatening legal action including which I am considering filing federal charges against CD service and *******************************. Finally summer of 2022 a year after I purchased they showed up! Walkin was the wrong height install impossible, ******* claimed it was the factory and he had to reorder one. He mentioned a used box and than order the refrigeration system was quicker. I agreed but only if I received a refund of the difference between new and used. He agreed.Fall of 2022 he had the box installed .... Refrigeration with the exception of the compressor was installed late 2022. Compressor never came.I contacted another company to finish it and they said they could not! It was installed improperly and they would have to damage it to take it out so I would have to purchase another one to replace it! It would cost me *********!I called ******* and a attorney, ******* came out and promised with a witness present that he would order, install and " make it right". This was 3 months ago. At this point ******* had changed his name to Streamline Equipment. Nothing! To top it off the attorney found out that ******** Labor and Industries license expired in February and was never renewed.I want the ********* that I am intitled to under the consumer protection act so I can get a new box and system installed and the old box taken out.Business response

I am rejecting this response because: ****1) The original amount paid does NOT cover removal of non working-improperly installed unit. I can't even put another unit in without that gone!****
2) Does not cover the change in prices ****
3) Does not cover the installation of a new unit.****
According to the consumer protection act I am intitled to the amount it would cost to purchase and install a similiar new unit. ****
The business already has a letter of demand from a attorney that outlines what I am *********** and the amount needed to achieve install of a new smaller unit. They have not responded to even offer a compromise. I would be happy with ********* which is what it would cost me to remove the old, permits, new unit, installation, refrigeration and install.
