      Amazing dealing with their customer service. Order was quickly processed and shipped out promptly! Thank you @Hardware World LLC team!Additional notes:A day after placing the order, I realized I needed additional quantities (of paint in gallon size) and contacted their customer service promptly. Although the package was already packed and ready for carrier's pick up - they assisted with locating the package, adding the additional units and repackaged it before the pick up!!! All because I have requested to reduce the shipping cost by adding it into the existing package. They could have refuse and asked to place a new order. But I wanted in the same package as this would reduce the number of shipments to lookout for and also avoid shipment of arriving at two different times. (Who wants to see a half finished paint job?)Although this was a major inconvenience to them, I really appreciate the service they provided to me.. I have became their repeated customer because of this!

      Can't handle issues. They send the wrong items, made me take pictures and send them. After a week, I received the replacements, which were the exact same wrong items. They will not answer their phone, only deal in email and they are terrible at escalating an issue when I expected to have what I ordered 12 days before. They must be to small to be in operations of this size. I feel sorry for them. Would never do business with them again.

      Dear ******************,Please accept our apologies for sending you the wrong item twice. There was a misunderstanding of which part you wanted and the warehouse pulled the wrong item twice. Pure human error and again we apologize. Our warehouse staff normally does an excellent job but in this case they dropped the ball.We appreciate that there was an urgent need for the item as you were in the middle of a job. However, you contacted us on 9/14/22 and we responded to you the same day. Our policy is to ask for a picture of what was received so we can show the warehouse the wrong item was sent and hopefully get the right item sent. We reshipped the next day - 9/15/22. Once you let us know you again got the wrong item, we refunded you that same day, 9/19/22. We feel we did our best to respond to you in a timely manner. While we did not call you, we felt it was more efficient for us to respond to your emails so we could at first, ask for the pictures and then the second time to show you the refund had been made.Respectfully,**** Hardware World ****************

      I am extremely impressed with this company's customer service. I found my way here because they were one of only a few websites who had what I assumed would be a common replacement globe. The glass globe I ordered arrived broken - I contacted customer service re this and included pictures of the insufficient packing and the broken globe. **************** responded immediately and politely and quickly sent another globe with a new tracking number. This globe arrived perfectly packed - and is exactly as advertised and fits my lamp. I am glad I found this company and will definitely shop with them again.

      I ordered a first time and soon regretted it looking at these reviews. I am now at my third order and must say that I do not understand the bad reviews; I can only assume that these orders sustained damage during transport.I've purchased various items that were delivered fairly quicky (all through ***** Everything has been well packaged with no mistakes with the items sent.Their prices are very reasonable.       I have been trying to return a product that they mailed. The product is not what I ordered. I sent the invoice of the product that I ordered online and they sent me a totally different product.I cannot use the product that they sent. They do not respond to my emails they do not answer my emails. The customer service number is a joke they just leave a message and you can cannot leave a message to their message machine.I do not recommend this company to buy products from.

      Customer emailed us on 9/9/21 at ******* We answered customer on 9/9/21 at ******* - asked customer to send us pictures of product she receivedCustomer responded 9/9/21 at 1:54 pm and sent picturesWe opened a case and on 9/10/21 at 11:32am we let her know that yes, she did get the wrong item and that we will reship her the correct item. Customer read that email - here is copy of email. Hello,Thank you very much for the photos.I've asked our warehouse to ship the correct items ordered ASAP. When I have a tracking number for you I'll send it.We are very sorry for the mistake made in packing your order.Have a good weekend.CameronHelp Desk TeamOfc Hrs: Mon - Fri 8 AM - 5 PM PacificWarehouse: ********, **** are in the process of reshipping and as soon as we have a tracking number of the reshipment we will be sending it to the customer. Customer sent multiple emails all concerning the same issue. If we didn't answer within 15 or 20 minutes she sent another one. While we understand her frustration, we are short staffed and did all we could to get her issue addressed and taken care of in a timely manner.
