I placed and paid totally an order to be delivered, I got the order confirmation and payment confirmation.After that I havent received my order,I got some emails with weak excuses and the last notification told me that my order was canceled.Im asking a full refund for my payment.

We had emailed you on 6/6/2023 and 6/7/2023 that we needed additional information to process your order. It was not vague but indicated precisely what we needed to process your order.
Due to your lack of response your order was cancelled, and a refund was processed back to your original form of payment and an email was sent on 6/9/2023. Our system recorded that you read the email that was sent regarding the cancellation and refund. (Please see attachment)
We apologize that you were unhappy about our process, but had you complied with our request your order would have been sent.
