This company located in Beaverton, Hillsboro and other Oregon towns has employees and the owner themself, walking around with no face masks. Knowing a manager has tested positive for COVID. And the owner goes home to said manager every day and night but comes back to work carrying the virus. These employees are putting their clients at risk. 100% should not be a running business if you can’t be safe enough. Owner tells employees masks are “optional” and “you don’t have to wear it”. Owner meets with clients day to day for “training sessions”. And has not told other employees, clients, or anybody for that matter that manager with COVID is infected. On 7/6/2020 I entered into a an agreement for personal training with Proplus Fitness. The terms were for Proplus to provide in person training services and nutrition advice at a rate of $200 every two weeks. Multiple training sessions were initially missed due to employees not being ready to perform a training session. No nutrition professional contacted me until several months into my training. After the Oregon governor signed an order temporarily closing all gyms in December of 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Proplus continued to charge me for the full amount. Proplus stopped charging my card for a brief period of time after my attorney sent them an email indicating they were violating the law of force majeure. Shortly after, Proplus began charging me again without contacting me or my attorney. After my bank canceled the card on file Proplus sold the contract amount to a debt collector. I would like all alleged debts to be cleared as no services have been provided since 11/12/2020
