Great customer service as well as nice vehicles for sale. We shopped at several other auto dealerships and were treated as if they could care less to sell us a vehicle. Not at Maxx they most definitely went above and beyond our expectations to take their time to show us several vehicles until we decided on one that was exactly as we were looking for! Absolutely top notch service from start to finish. We have purchased several vehicles over the years and this is most definitely a memorable one. **** recommend to everyone we know lookin for a car and a fun experience.

straight trash, I purchased a diesel truck from them and started having problems within a few months. since then never sent me any of my paperwork I had to reach out multiple times until I finally received my "powertrain" warranty. Finally took my truck in just to find out 4 out of the 8 injectors were cracked pretty bad, oh and the glow plugs were shorted out. I had to leave a review with the dealership, guy named ******** called me back fairly quickly. He asked if I would take down the review so they can try and make it right, I agreed to it with the understanding I would put it right back up if it wasn't right. ******** later called and said the dealership owner agreed to pay me ***** dollars to help offset the ****** + dollars i had to spend to have a usable truck. When I went to get my check it was for ***** when I called him he said "I told you I had a check for *****". there are multiple other issues with this truck I'm slowing getting to. Ultimately this dealership lied about warranty then offer a trivial amount of money to have me stay quiet about their lies and bait and switch practices.

These guys will scam you.They will tell you that they can help you,but you leave there with a car u dont want.I couldnt get my car back bcuz they told me it was too late

This is the review I left with the Better Business Bureau. ************** is not family oriented like they say they are they are not. They do not have safe used vehicles either. ************** let my son drive a truck home. 5 hours later my son is stuck on the side of the road with a bad transmission. He could have gotten killed by traffic. I had to call for a tow Truck from ******* Roadside Assistance so so my Son can get home safely. A tow truck from *** stopped to help my son. the tow truck driver said it was unsafe for my son to be where he was stuck in the truck. But I got a call from ******* Roadside Assistance saying they're on their way and it's paid for through my insurance. So I told that *** tow truck driver about the call. I needed him to put the truck down. The *** Roadside Assistance truck driver said it was unsafe where my son was stuck at in the truck. He would put the truck in a safe place. *** truck driver was very kind and understanding. I called **************. ************** promised to pay me back for the Towing of the truck. ************** told my son the transmission was toast that it's too expensive to fix. But because my son lied on the paperwork to buy the truck. ************* said my son could not buy the truck. Now ************** said they will not paying me back for the towing of the truck. If you do not believe me try it out yourself. Do not trust the used vehicles ************** Sells. ************** lies about their vehicles and lies about paying people back for the the Towing of vehicles. The used Vehicles ************** is selling are not safe to drive on the road. Yes my Son should not have lied about his working experience and his pay. But Maxx Auto plus should not have not lied about their used vehicles and paying me back for the towing of the truck. ************* is a lying cheapskate company. Okay
