The transmission on my truck went out 4 weeks ago. I had it towed to A+ transmission in ********, ** to get the repairs done. The owner of the shop, ******, told me that he would put in a brand new transmission and get my truck fixed asap. I authorized the repairs and the transmission was changed out. The shop notified me that my truck was fixed and was ready to be picked up. My wife went to the shop and paid the bill. When I drive my truck initially, I heard a strange noise, like a bearing going out type of noise. I had it towed back to the shop, the mechanic called me and said my fuel pump went out. So they fixed that and said my truck was ready. I left with the truck, but it was still making strange noises. This went on and eventually I replaced my muffler and parts in my front axle. The problem was still not fixed. The noise started to get louder and louder, I took it back to a+ once again and ****** told me the flex plate was broken and needed to be replaced but was not his fault. I disagreed with him because improper alignment of the new transmission would be the cause of the flex plate breaking so fast after the repair. ****** the shop owner told me to go F myself and hung up on me. So now I have my truck at a new shop trying to get it fixed properly. My problem is that I already paid for all of these repairs and towing bills and my truck is still not fixed.

I brought my vehicle in to be repaired, due to it's being in limp mode in spring of 2022. I had them do the diagnostics test to determine the problem(s) causing the vehicle to be in limp mode. I first paid roughly $1500 to have a rear axle and a couple of sensors replaced. Approximately two weeks later, I was told to come in to get the vehicle and that it was fixed. I was informed that they were waiting on a power steering pump sensor and that I'd be notified when to come in and have them replace it, which never happened. When I got into the vehicle, I noticed NO DIFFERENCE at all in the way it drove and it was most certainly still in limp mode. The repairs that were made were not what I asked to be fixed at all, in fact I'm not even certain anything was done to my vehicle at all. I couldn't even make it home before my car was stranded on the side of the highway. I immediately called ****** and told him about the situation. I asked to have the vehicle towed back to the shop, due to the fact that I didn't want to damage my car any further, and was denied. I was told I could bring it back in. I asked the manager if they had even test drove it after the repairs. ****** assured me that they had. Once again, I was talked into leaving my car with them to be fixed. Before doing so, I made it very clear that the ONLY problem is that the vehicle needed to be taken out of limp mode and was assured that the it would be fixed again. A week or so later, I was called with a quote for more repairs. This time roughly $800 to replace my alternator, which I told him I had already replaced it just days before I brought it In.I paid the second time hoping it would be fixed finally. My car still sits, because the limp mode was never fixed.I never got a return call regarding the power steering pump replacement sensor either. I am a single mother and can't afford to pay more than two thousand dollars + what I paid for my car... Just to never to use it. Please do the right thing.
