      RENTERS BEWARE! The communication with this company, is completely unprofessional and vague at best. You could get a more professional conversation out of a toddler with crayons. They took over for our private landlord after 4 years with the private landlord. Which, at first I thought this could be a welcomed change. However, the only thing that changed was worse communication. the owner never sent over a notice stating they would be using management- we found out by seeing an email a week after they took over- in our spam folder.I had to send Integrity and email to ask how we proceed from there. The welcome notice/packet came after. I asked questions about our deposit- last months rent. I was assured it was all being transferred over and remaining the same. We had to sign a new lease. Which I noticed my deposit was not listed in the sum amount paid. I was assured it would all be "ok". My reciept of notice to vacate, **** listed for security. I asked about it, they stated the owner was still had it. there was so many discrepancies I asked for all transfer statements regarding my deposit. Per RCW59.18.270 . They refuse directly answering questions. When I showed them screen shots- and referred them to all documented correspondence and reciepts, they refer me to speak on the phone with them for issues. However any issues brought up via phone previously were not held up. If you deal with these people- do so in writing. They are an agent of the owner- yet refuse to answer or accept responsibility for several issues. Even when pointing out several RCW's they and the owner have been out of compliance for. They also fail to adhere to terms they notated in their own lease - and decide that only certain apply if it's in the benefit of them.They have no problem taking your money- but have every issue with answering legitimate questions about your money if it means it is supposed to be refunded to you. if you ask questions and are professional - you're "aggressive".

      If owner sells his house and you have to move in the middle of winter, Integrity hits you with as much as they can to **** up your deposit. I have been with this company for almost 10 years, two different homes. The first home sold and I received all my deposit. I feel because I didn't rent the home they wanted me too this time they decided to take over half of my deposit for light bulbs (none were out), furnace filter( I just replaced before we moved). A big chunk was for weeding the front and back. (It's the middle winter, snowing and frozen) When did they want me to do that? I weeded every year but the ground was so rooted it was hard to get all the weed roots, so they would come back. No one did a walk thru with me when I moved out and I could not get a hold of anyone to do the walk thru. Very disappointed in this company.
