I'm an older female and I was sent home because I was having difficulty getting on and off a bike didn't even start the class the instructor sent me home and now they refuse to give me a refund saying it's my fault I was not in compliance nice people for the teachers but ***************** no good and they're just wrong don't take the class don't give him your.

They teach safety but when you need to rest they wash you out of the practical (riding) portion of the class and now you have to pay again to take the riding test. And they have a disreguard for the law. Ex. people ride their vehicles to class without a permit or endorsement and they don't report it.

This review is for the Renton location. This is what I wrote to them and their reply was excused instead of resolving the situation. I would be totally fine if they refunded half. This business is unethical. After my second email to them, they ignored so I filed a claim via my credit card. ********* was not able to resolve the issue. This also tells me is not worth having their credit card. Here is my email : I was very disappointed with the Motorcycle Safety class. First, the motorcycle provided was not suitable for me because the clutch and brake levers were too long a reach. This resulted in painful stress in my hands and arms and an inability to control the vehicle. Second, the classroom instruction was supposed to be presented in a Saturday Zoom session but the instructor was in the hospital. We waited online for nearly an hour before the class was called off. The following day was worse and I could not complete the course due to the pain. Then the instructor tried to conduct the 'classroom' instruction in the cold rainy parking lot. This is unacceptable - no effort was made to adjust the bike to my frame and the parking lot is no substitute for a classroom. I expect a full refund for the class fee. Let me know how the refund will be issued. If I do not receive a response within 24 hours, I will deny the charges on my credit card. Here is their reply: ********,Thank you for reaching out to us about your experience. As you are aware, the Zoom class was an unexpected situation. The classroom being conducted in one parking lot was the quickest and most efficient way to take care of those that *** be limited on time and wanted to get the class portion done. We will be sending out an email shortly to all that *** still be interested in attending a Zoom class.Operating a motorcycles controls can be tiring and it is not uncommon to experience soreness or cramping when learning. -Lots more to their reply and my second email. The business is avoiding contacting me when they have stated to give a me a exam for permit. I have already paid and taken the course only need to take the exams but no one from the business will speak with me. Wasted 300 dollars.
