      They have been taking ***** out of my Daughter Account and we have canceled it in Oct. It called Paw plan. There is one person that takes care of it and she's been out sick. But she's been back A week and they do not return calls. So went there in person and still could not get an answer and why they could not call and let me know. They could not give me an answer. So I got ******. I told them it was unprofessional not to give a person a call let them know that person who handles the Paw plan was sick and get back to the person. I have ***** of ******** on my Daughter. She is Mentally challenged. So I have the right to look into her acct. And find out why they are billing her account. So I am done. Can not deal with them not getting to this matter. Very unprofessional.

      They have called my Mentally Challenged Daughter, I have told her not to talk with them. She does not always understand or remember  what was said to her. that's why I have a power of attorney, have left them my phone number and they call my daughter, *** 31 on her phone. they left a message that her family can call any time. I really do not want to deal with them, when they call her and not the her Mom. Have bank statement of fund taking out of checking acct. canceled her card so they can not take any money out of her acct. Want a refund.  Can get Bank statements if I need to. do not know where or what I need?

      Canceled in Oct 2023 /Nov 2 2023 $ ***** /Dec 2, 2023 $*****./ Jan 2, 2023 $ *****. have closed her card so they can not Debit her  Acct. Filling out statement for Bank / Dispute of Fraudulent Use of a credit card or Debit card.

      On 10/23/23 I scheduled an acute appointment for 10/24/23. The business charged me a deposit fee of $75 for the appointment. On 10/24/23 I showed up for my appointment at 12:30pm as scheduled. At 1:05pm, I still had not been seen and ******* (at the front desk) could not give me an approximate wait time. Nobody ever let me know that there was a delay or how long I would be waiting for. I let ******* know I couldnt wait longer without an estimated time because I had to go to work. ****** offered for me to leave my animal there for a fee, but I didnt want to be charged more with such terrible communication. She also offered to reschedule, but could not say whether that appointment would also be delayed and stated that they do not notify patients when they are behind in appointment times. I did not reschedule because of the unprofessional and rude conduct of ******* and lack of communication about wait times. My pet did not get seen or evaluated due to the vet not being available even 35 minutes after the appointment was scheduled. I called back to ask for a refund of my deposit and ******* refused. She also refused to let me speak with a manager or the Veterinarian. I asked to receive a call back and have not heard from anyone as of yet.

      I paid this business for services that WERE NOT performed and when asked to show me the proof or answer my questions they denied. I am going to get my money back as they killed my pet through unprofessional conduct and malpractice. The lack of urgency and overall poor treatment contributed to his rapid deterioration. Doctor would not answer questions and the charges would not be explained to me. This business is scamming customers and lying when confronted about it. I will not give this up.

      I want the veterinary facility to have proper heating and lighting for bearded dragons. They do not have proper UVB lights and heat lamps , maybe a set of one or two? They need more
