      I have been having issues with this location for the last few months. I get deliveries every month for my sons medical supplies along with whatever random deliveries are routed through them. I will get some deliveries, then randomly my packages do not show up when they say they will and not notification for an updated delivery time. I login to my account to find out that delivery change has been requested and are being held, per my request. I NEVER request my deliveries to be held. I do not have the availability to pick them up due to the customer center hours and they are medical supplies. I get a 30 day supply, and so cannot afford for the delivery to be delayed. I have addressed this multiple times with the customer center, the local manager and the customer service line for corporate. None of these have fixed this issue. I get notified for any delivery and time change, but never an update that the delivery is held. It is very disappointing that a driver takes it upon themself to decide to delay my shipment for some random reason.

      *** next day air is rip off, I pay like $25 extra for next day air on an order shipped on Friday. It was not going to be delivered on Saturday, or I tried to drive 35 miles to go and pick it up. I needed to part to fix a Sleep number bed with a broken air chamber. I was even willing to give them more money and the told me I could have it on Monday. Next day air mean next business day. I had another part shipped regular ground and it will be here Tuesday. *** just stole $25 pf my dollars and sees no problem.

      I order a package from **** on January 8th 2022 and *** was the shipping provider and they scan my package in at 7:29am on January 16th, 2022. This package was held for pick up which was not requested by me. So I had it rerouted to my address on Jan 22nd. I noticed that the *** app wasn't updated so I contacted *** customer care on January 24th,2022 and they informed me that the paperwork wasn't filled out correctly and therefore my package couldn't be shipped out. The representative completed the paperwork and gave me a reference number ******* , also the *** app was updated informing me that my package will be dropped to the destination Tuesday the 25th of January. The package never showed up again, so I call *** asking what's going on with my shipment, the rep stated that it never made the truck and they drop the package off on the 26th which again never showed up. So finally on Thursday morning I proceeded to contact customer care and the representative I spoke with said its still at the Facility awaiting pick up, so I asked can she confirm my package is there and to provide me the reps name she spoke with because at this point I'm going to leave work in ******* and drive 22miles to pick up my package. ***** from *** in Pacific, **. confirmed it was there and I need to bring my ID to pick the package up. When I arrived I spoke with the front desk personnel and he had a piece of paper at his computer, he proceeded to tell that he remember giving my package to another worker to put on the truck Tuesday but he will go look for the package in the back. He comes out to say its not there, I informed him that ***** stated he has the package. The Personnel goes back to bring ***** up front and he says he doesn't know where my package is. At this point I'm confused and frustrated as to why he said he had my package this morning but now he doesn't and there's no trace of it now.
