      I called Complete Services to ask about parts for my mower. During the conversation they informed me of a seasonal tune-up special for $125. The next day I took my mower in for this service. On Feb. 24, 2022 they called and said my mower was ready. I went to pick up my mower and paid the **** of $145. I picked up my mower and took it home. The next day they called and said my **** was $534. Since then they have called several times a week, sometimes two or three times a day, sometimes with hostile language. My mower was running when I took it in, all I wanted was filters and tune-up. Finally on March 29, 2022, I received in the mail a **** indicating I owed them $389 and phone calls threating legal action. I do not comprehend why they want this ridicules amount, I just took my mower in for the seasonal tune-up special as they advertised.

      RESPONDING TO THIS COMPLAINT ************* HAD BROUGHT HER RIDER FOR SERVICE WITCH CLEARLY, WE TOLD HER THAT THE ***** FOR THE FULL SERVICE SHE REQUESTED WAS $125.00 FOR THE LABOR PLUS PARTS. WITCH WE DID WHAT CUSTOMER HAD REQUESTED IN HER ********************** WORK ORDER. AFTER THE WORK WAS DONE THE ***** **** ENDED UP BEING $534.80 - $221.35 WAS THE AMOUNT IN PARTS PLUS $ ****** IN LABOR DUE TO THE CUSTOMER NEEDING EXTRA STUFF DONE TO HER MOWER TO GET IT RUNNING IN GOOD CONDITION. WHEN ************ CAME TO PICK UP HER MOWER ONE OF OUR NEW EMPLOYEES CONFUSE HER **** WITH SOME ONE ELSE WITH THE SIMILAR LAST NAME THAT THEIR **** WAS $145.00 FOR A PUSH MOWER. WITCH WE IMIDIALTLY CALLED HER AND LET HER KNOW THERE WAS A MISTAKE ON HER **** AND WAS ADVIZED TO COME BACK SO WE CAN CORRECT HER WORK ORDER AND CUSTOMER NEVER CAME BACK WE TRYED CALLING HER SEVERAL TIME NO REPSONCES FINALLY AFTER WEEKS OF CALLING HER SHE REFUSE TO COME BACK AND TAKE CARE OF HER WORK ORDER AND HERE WE ARE. WE PROVIDED A SERVICE CUSTOMER REFUSE TO PAY HER REPMAINDER OF HER ****. AS PROVIDED COPY OF THE RECIEPTS HER BALANCE IS $389.68

      BBB,

      In response to an email I received from you about my complaint against Complete Repair Services, LLC, case # ******* indicating you have not received a reply from this company and are closing this case, I would like to inform you, since initiating the complaint on 3/30/2022, Complete Repair Services LLC continues to send in the mail, past due statements with threats for legal action and derogatory statements of skipping out on payment. My most recent contact was 4/15/2022. This company does not have any customer ********************** etiquette and should be rated by the BBB as a warning to consumers.

      My mower was running when I brought it in to CRS. My mower was running when I picked it up. Their employee drove it off the trailer at drop off and drove it on the trailer at pickup. I took my mower in for the springtime tune-up special for $125. I did not ask for any extra stuff. CRS did not, at any time while they had the mower for service, contact me to authorize any extra stuff. I did not receive back, any worn or replaced parts indicating replacement. I did not authorize or know anything about any extra stuff.  The bills I am seeing from this correspondence looks like fabricated extra stuff to me.

      CUSTOMER WAS ADVICE THAT THE ********************** SHE REQUESTED WAS $125 FOR LABOR PLUS PARTS - SO WHEN COMPLETION OF HER SERVICE THE ***** **** WAS $534.00 WE DID A FULL SERVICE AS REQUESTED AND ALSO HER DECK BELT WAS BAD AND WAS CHANGE FOR THE CUSTOMER TO GET HER MOWER IN RUNNING CONDITION ALSO HER BLADES WERE BENT AND FOR SAFETY REASONS HAD TO BE CHANGED OUT - WHEN CUSTOMER PICKED UP UNIT SHE WAS WELL AWARE THAT THE WRONG WORK ORDER WAS RUNG UP AND CUSTOMER STATED TO ** SHE WAS GOING TO COME BACK TO CORRECT THE ***** OF THE **** AND CUSTOMER SKIPPED OUT ON HER **** WE ARE PROCEEDING TO SENT IT TO COLLECTIONS. IF THIS IS NOT PAID WITH IN THE **** GIVEN.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      The price of the service suggested by CRS and requested by me was $125. The parts CRS says they installed was $221 (which I dispute). That is a total of $346. Not $534. I did not authorize any extra work.

      I did not receive back any worn or replaced parts indicating repair. I paid the **** I expected to pay. They released the mower. I took it home. Clear and conspicuous disclosure of the work to be done and the

      parts required for the service was not exhibited for viewing and  I find the modified bills submitted by CRS to be misleading and unjust of the service they suggested. Their bold red lettering and continuous

      DEMAND  of " balance due" along with threats for legal action, left no room for negotiations to ratify payment. I did not skip out on any ****. CRS just failed in their business practices of transparency,

      competency and customer **********************.
