Great Company, Great guy..We have used G&G several times and never disappointed. Always on time, let us know when in route and most importantly got the job done and fixed the problem every time and the price was very competitive...well had the best prices...We would most definitely recommend G&G for your next heating and air services

I had G&G install my heating system and then later a gas water heater over the past 6 years. I contacted G&G in March 2022 about a new noise that began from the heater, the tech who came out was rude and questioned why I would be trying to fix a noise that wasnt that loud (it was a new, high pitched noise that was never present prior). Then this same person comes back a few weeks later to replace the part he determined was making the noise, but brought the wrong part and only realized that after taking the unit apart.Then I was given the choice to have him put it all back together for a large additional labor charge or leave the system disassembled (not functioning and without heat) until the correct part arrived. G&G did not consider this their mistake or responsibility, but instead the mistake of the distributor they use and stated they could not afford to put the unit back together and take it apart again, so I would need to pay more to have heat in my home from this point until the part arrived. I would not recommend this company.
