Checked into the Acorn Motor Inn on 6/19/23. The employer I was working for paid for two weeks. Upon my arrival, the toilet in the room was inoperative, it was in the bathtub. Pictures attached. After arriving I paid for accommodations weekly. I paid a week in advance. I am checking out on 9/11 and seek refund for an incomplete week. In addition, the housekeeper that came to service the room on 9/11 told me, to go f*** myself. Ive witnessed the proper owner perform weird acts during daily activities, to include climbing in a dumpster to push down trash. There are rats running around the property. Tried to speak with the manager on duty, initially, a manager, J, spoke with me. It was mentioned that paperwork was signed by the occupant upon checkin. The Inn couldnt provide any signed agreement or receipt of payment. When attempting to speak with the owner, **** ****, I was told to shut up and was hung up on.
