We had one of our deep fryers stop working at the end of shift on Wednesday. We drained it that night and pulled it out as we had a spare. Turns out the spare we had did not fit our configuration. I called 3wire first thing in the morning and talked to ***** and explained without this unit we were in deep trouble for our small business, she talked to the service department and told me I could bring it by at 10:00. The technician ***** helped me unload it out of my truck and said it was ok for me to wait if I wanted to while he looked it over. Within an hour he had found the main issue and was testing the unit to see if all the other parts of the system were working. Everything else checked out and the unit needed to cool down so they could change out the bad parts. He told me he would call when it was done, and I should hear back from him in a couple hours. I had a call at 2:30 that it was repaired, and we had it back in service that night. I know that they went out of their way to help us and we are very grateful. I will recommend them to everyone.

I called before New Year 2021 to get a proofer box looked at. It turned out my electrician came by and it was only a bad GFI. I immediately called and canceled the service call. On January 7th a tech came by and I explained to him I canceled the call. On January 8th, 2022 someone at 3 Wire called and I reiterated that I called and canceled and was not paying the ****. The next thing I know, they charged my charge card without my authorization for $ ******. My next call on Monday will be to the 3 wires main office, then to the Secretary of ******************* asking about an unauthorized fraudulent charge to my credit card. I will post this to every website that I can find that has anything to do with 3 wire serice llc.
