    Pattern of Complaint:

    On December 14, 2020, Better Business Bureau noticed a pattern of complaints regarding product quality and customer service issues with a business operating as Indestructible Shoes, LLC. The business advertises their shoes will last for “decades” and they are made for all types of work environments. Consumers allege ordering shoes from the business and after wearing them a few times, the shoes come apart in various places. Customers state they have made attempts to contact the business regarding returns and refunds however, the business is unresponsive to requests for assistance. Consumers can visit the business website at http://indestructibleshoes.com where under returns it states that shoes may not be returned once they are worn.

    On December 14, 2020 and January 06, 2021, Better Business Bureau reached out to the business for a response to the consumer complaints. As of January 20, 2021, the business has not offered a response to the complaints.

    Better Business Bureau reminds consumers that when shopping with an online retailer, read terms and conditions regarding returns, refunds, complaints, customer reviews, and the businesses advertised location. The Washington State Department of Revenue reports that Indestructible Shoes LLC is not a licensed business in Washington State.

      Today (3/22) I went to their website and found 2 pairs of shoes I wanted to purchase. On the page of one of the pairs was a code to get an additional 30% off "CLEAR30". At checkout the code wouldn't work. I reached out to the company via chat and email about this, and provided them with a screen shot and link to the page on their website showing the code, but they refused to honor it and claimed it is expired. I'd like them to honor the 30% off offer that is still on their website, and which doesn't state an expiration date.

      The offer is STILL on their website and no expiration date is listed on the offer. They should be honoring the offer for those who reach out to them while they work on getting it removed from their website.

      I like many other people have fallen victim to this fraudulent company. All I want is my money back, these shoes are absolute garbage!! The second I put them on. I knew they were trash and all I want is my money back. These people have jackeed me around trying to charge me 20% to restock them. And then I'm seeing the complaints that when you send them back, they just disregard you completely. So then you're out the shoes and the money. How is this legal???

      On July 28, 2022, in response to an internet ad I received from a company called Indestructible Shoes that advertised their shoes as indestructible, I ordered and paid $91.80 for a pair of their shoes.In August, 2022, upon receiving the shoes, I began wearing them five times a week for a daily one mile walk. In March of ********************************************* to stop walking until the end of August, 2023 when I resumed my five times a week daily one mile walk.Shortly after I resumed my walking, the materials of the shoes began to drastically deteriorate and fail of their essential purpose.I contacted Indestructible Shoes and told them what was happening. After some back and forth correspondence, in which I requested that Indestructible Shoes replace their defective shoes, Indestructible Shoes response was that they only warranty their indestructible shoes for thirty days, but could offer me a discount on purchasing another pair of their indestructible shoes.I then requested the Indestructible Shoes employee named ******* who responded to my email to forward my email correspondence directly to the owner of Indestructible Shoes, *********************.There has been no response from ****************. Indestructible Shoes failed to live up to anything even close to their advertising. Indestructible Shoes has failed to stand behind their product.I request Indestructible Shoes to replace their defective product, or refund the purchase price.Please provide an email address for BBB, and I will forward my afore referenced email correspondence with Indestructible Shoes.Thank you for your assistance in resolving this matter.

      The "Indestructible Shoes" Broke on the 4th time wearing them. While tying my shoe the top eyelet broke and went flying. I have bad feet that need the extra support this top eyelet offers (shoe is very loose without it) so this renders the shoe useless to me. Company has zero customer service and refuses to remedy a four day old shoe, offering only to give a small discount on the next pair. I would happily try the shoe again, but am not going to risk losing another $100 knowing the have awful service. Reading these other BBB reviews clearly shows they are a horrible company.

      On September 16, 2023 I was assured satisfaction with these Indestructable shoes via infomercial on ******** so I ordered two pair. The black pair came in about a week and ************ were in process and delayed. While waiting for the second pair, I remarked to the manufacturer the issue the right shoe squeezed my foot but the left shoe fit ok. thinking I could stretch them with a tool or that the next pair might fit better, I waited in good faith that the Indestructible shoe company would make right on their product. Early October the second pair arrived. It was clear they weren't satisfactory for my needs. Simply put they hurt my feet and they're not useful to me. I've requested a refund transaction and was refused because one pair made contact with the ground. Both pair are in excellent condition aside from their inherent fitment defects.

      Purchased a pair of shoes for work advertised as "indestructible shoes." The shoes were marketed as comfortable, breathable, slip-resistant, stain resistant, and with a steel toe.The shoes were notably uncomfortable, despite adding the gel insert ordered with the shoes. This lead to severe discomfort, back pain, and numbness in my left foot.The shoes did have a steel toe and were indeed stain resistent.However, the tread on the shoes deteriorated to the point of becoming dangerous within the span of a week simply with normal wear.To put "normal wear" into perspective; I am a full-time grocery store clerk, spend 40 hours weekly on my feet on surfaces that are kept clean and appropriately textured for a retail environment.I contacted support and they refused to offer any reasonable resolution outside of a 40% discount off my next order.If the product fails to live up to its promise, why would I be willing to place another order?This product is shotty, they now have a duplicate brand circulating as "invincible shoes," and they need to be stopped.I am willing to provide documentation upon escallation of my claim.

      I made a purchase of their shoes. Upon getting them and trying them on, I took them off and out back in the box as they were uncomfortable and hurt my heels. I emailed them to which they replied I would be charged a 15% restocking fee for completely unused shoes, and I was also responsible for the shipping charges back to them. They have now offered twice to give me 20% off the shoes instead of sending them back. I want a complete refund like any other shoe company I would order through. I think this is ridiculous to have to pay money to try on shoes.

      I purchased two pairs of shoes and returned them due to sizing issues. I requested a refund in June of 2023. Even though the shoes were returned in unused condition, and the company confirmed receipt of the return package, they have not issued a refund. As months have gone by, I requested that my credit card company *********** remove the charge because I returned the shoes, but the company told Citi that I received an exchange and not a refund. I have never had an experience like this, and do not like leaving reviews, especially bad ones, but to me this seems borderline fraudulent. I'm now out $134 for the shoes, which I retuned to them, plus another $50 for shipping them back.

      The transaction was done May 21st for $75.60 for a pair of shoes. The package was not delivered until June 11th. The business states they have easy return on their website if it is returned in 30 days and in the orginial box. I have all of this and they still will not create a return. I started this in June via their website but they are claiming they never got a message. Now since they keep pushing this out, I am out of the *********************************************************************** the 30 day period. Their only offer was 40% our next purchase. I will never purchase from them because they state thier shoes are construction shoes but they are most definitely not. They are dangerous if that is what they are claiming. They have no number listed to contact them and everytime you send an email its 1 to 2 days for every message which draws the process out even more. I never got a reciept from them but have requested it with no answer from them. This is a scam for sure. They are unhelpful and hard to contact so they are lying when they say easy returns. This is yet to be resolved for more than a month and they just keep saying the same things over and over without reviewing thier notes. This was sent *** but was dropped to **** to deliver with tracking number **************************. Thank you for your help because they have been nothing but unhelpful.
