- Covarrubias Construction LLC is committed to delivering high-quality construction services and ensuring customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our work—custom, labor-based, and project-specific—refunds and exchanges are handled under the following guidelines:RefundsDeposits and progress payments are generally non-refundable, as they cover labor scheduling, mobilization, materials procurement, and project-related expenses.If a refund is considered, it will only apply when:Work has not yet started andNo materials have been purchased, and no labor has been allocated.All refund requests must be submitted in writing and will be reviewed within 7–10 business days.Exchanges / CorrectionsIf any part of the work does not meet the agreed-upon scope, Covarrubias Construction LLC will:Review the concern,Inspect the work, andProvide corrections or adjustments as needed at no additional cost, as long as it is part of the original contracted scope.Change orders (any work outside the original agreement) are not considered exchanges and will be billed separately.Workmanship WarrantyWe stand behind our craftsmanship.
