      I have been a Tori ****************** customer for 3 years and up until recently have been happy with the product. I had an issue a couple of months ago with the magnetic liner that I ordered being clumpy and not of good quality. They resent a new one immediately. On my recent order, the same thing happened. I sent another message to customer support about it, got an automatic email with a ticket number and have never heard back. I've reached out multiple times and NO RESPONSE. These lashes and liner are not inexpensive and I'm ready to dispute the charges with my **** since I did not receive quality product. I no longer recommend Tori ****************** and am now and EX CUSTOMER.

      I ordered 2 products from them on July 1st, it is now July 10th in my account it is still showing order unfulfilled but I has been paid. I've emailed several times and there has been no response except say there received and will get back within 1 business day, and thay have not. So at this point they have a no star rating Hopefully I can change this to high star rating cause I do like their product, but customer service is the reason for no star rating. They don't have a phone number to call.

      They are great. My lash was broken when I took it out of the package. They sent me new lashes and liner. To replace the set. Super nice and fast responce from customer service

      I order the lashes through someone I knew, try them on 1 time.I'm chemo patient so I lost my lashes, so I've tried to apply them on my son birthday, the eyeliner was dry, couldn't use it..I contacted them, they re send me another liner, but the hustle to get the courier to deliver the order, back and forth with the company, email after email, and after all I couldn't wear then when I need them.Finally I ask for the re fund, and I was told, No... because I have to return the product first, no other offer, NOTHING Very bad costumers service. They don't care about costumers at all.I would definitely not going to refer this company to anyone.

      You want me to return the order, which you will throw out anyway?Do you have any sense with what you are asking?Why would I return the product?You seems not even think it's your responsibility for all his mess, no offer to your costumer, you just don't care...The worse company I ever order product from Your product was thrown in to the garbage, because it's not the quality I expect it, and pay for it.You guys should learn how to build the trust with your costumers first.

      Do your due diligence before joining this company. I joined this company in 2020 and did not really do anything. I was charged a few $9 monthly fees. I cancelled the account. And if there was no payment as they say the account should have been put on hold. I was just charged 3 charges with no prior warning on my account. I have emailed because you have no phone contact and only one response that said they had a processing problem and some accounts had not been charged in 12 months so they charged 3 payments. I wouldnt have noticed they didnt charge me because I cancelled the account and was not promoting or using it then a year later I get a charge. Once again there should have been something that went out to affiliates. Instead you just see charges. This to me is a company that is inconsiderate of others. You dont know what a persons financial state is but this shows they dont care. I want all my money back and NO affiliation with this company.

      Hi ******** I have reviewed your correspondence with the **************** and it appears they are waiting on a response with proof of cancellation. They have checked their records and are unable to locate any cancellation request for this account. They did show this account was paid commissions in Dec. 2021. They are happy to assist in anyway they can if you can show proof of cancellation.

      As stated to the company. I lost my card some time ago and have not had a need for it nor to report it. I am very puzzled how I got paid commissions. I made a purchase myself because of a sale that I received in email marketing. The lashes were priced cheap and a good deal which prompted me to purchase. My biggest concern now is how my account was allowed to be active that long when there had not been a payment made for over 10 months or more. Their policy states when an account has non payment there is a hold put on the account and all commissions will be on hold. I tried to log in the account but was not able to see the exact date I made a $9 payment. I can tell you it has been a very long time. When they charged me $9 three times in February of 2022 I reached out to them to find, again no phone number to call only email, which is not good. I found out they had some issues with processing. That I still don't understand how you had accounts not charged for more than a year. If you look at my account you will see no sales for a very long time because I was no longer promoting this business. And even if there was some error there should have been communication sent out a to inform your affiliates what happened prior to just charging someone's account. That is very inconsiderate of a persons financial profile. I am looking back to see when the cancellation was sent and will update that as that was so long ago. At this point how do I know if there system is accurate. If there are inaccuracies for payments then what else.

      Hi ******** you were paid commissions since your order was placed via your Affiliate Account. One your account is cancelled your affiliate account is no longer accessible to you. Your email is deleted and your payment information is removed from the system.

      I watched a ******* video of someone putting them on and it was so helpful. I got them on with no problems and they look pretty great especially since it was the first time ever using false lashes.
