Just like everyone else's reviews, all they're about is taking your money. The promoter was all about getting started making sales within 6 weeks. They collect your financial background to help with encouraging you to commit to the process fulltime in order to then say that the information is irrelevant. Also, when I asked for ALL documentation to be shared with me, they refused to gather my information in good faith. The only documentation I had was the satisfaction of completion of the website. Of course, I should have tested the site on mobile, which prevented a significant portion of potential sales to be missed. When asked about the lack of mobile responsiveness of the website, I signed up for the bronze package which did not include mobile compatibility; I would have to upgrade to the silver package at an additional cost. We are in the digital age where the majority of users are on mobile. Companies and businesses are building their sites to be mobile-friendly so for a company that has been around for 10 years that's not keeping up with current trends is ridiculous and unscalable. I refuse to spend any more money services and features that should be competively standardardized. This company is a sham and should be ashamed of the way business is conducted. I refuse to recommend or endorse ANYONE to work with this company. Save your money, peace, and sanity. There are cheaper alternatives that will provide you a significantly same resources and services at a FAR less price point and choose to be competitively supportive, modern, and much faster to get you to market. Also, those companies are BBB accredited unlike this company which is also surprising; accredited businesses offering the same service for significantly less yet yield higher revenue by being competitive in the market and able to scale the business to reflect the current market.

This company is nothing but a BIG SCAM! I wish they could be shut down. They prey on seniors especially, promising they will make big money. My friend, a senior with Alzheimers, was being scammed on the phone, while I just happened to be there! They have been stealing what little money she has for more than a year! It is sickening! I told her to never talk to them again and I will be blocking the number.

I was looking for online work from home jobs and responded to a add I found. Many phone calls later and over 20K later, now I can't get phones or emails back to set up training. That money was savings for my retirement. Buyer beware is an understatement. Run don't walk from this company. I should have done my research better.If I could leave no stars I would.

I was the owner of a small online retail store when economic calamity forced me to shut down for a time. Instead of reworking the store I had, I decided to start fresh. I was offered an opportunity to work with a company that promised a turn key retail store as well as training to most efficiently run the business for $4,750. I was also told that I would own my domain as well as the content of my store. This was an ideal opportunity for me since the help that I needed was the *** setup of my products to be easily found online. I was told that in addition to the cost for my business, I would be asked to provide a review since they needed to renew their reviews annually to advertise their service. I agreed to provide one when asked. Within weeks of working with Kreative, I began to notice problems. First, I was doing ALL of the set up of my business. I researched and obtained my own suppliers, I had to upload much of my own content, and I had to ask for multiple revisions to my site because the design team was not seeing my vision. My store is an educational toy store and they gave me a design page that was so dull I did not even want to search my own store. It had a beige, black, and white color theme, with a **** as the logo. The photos were all chess boards and wooden rubrics cubes. It was colorless, boring, and unappealing. Each time I addressed my concerns with Parros Parks, he took them as a personal insult and would spend the entire training call defending himself instead of answering my questions or solving the problem. He never told me that I was not going to receive a turn key business, he continued to lie to me. Once I finally finished set up, over a month after I was promised to launch and after performing all of the work that Kreative was supposed to complete, I was told by Parros that I would need to sign another contract to begin making sales since marketing was not part of my package. I discovered ownership of my domain had been given to Kreative and was then forced to sign a $5,000 contract with Kreative or lose all of the content and work I had created in the last couple months. The marketing contract was a plow. They provided no marketing at all, did not correct the *** problems within my content, and the training was an illusion. EVERY training session consisted of my listening to my trainer type of half of an hour, silently while I sat there. The second half of the training was my reading what was supposedly just typed out while my trainer crinkled sandwich wrappers and food items that he ate during the meeting. It was a joke. I did not learn a single thing because all I was reading was definitions that I could have typed into ******* While Parros Parks assured that I could see a complete return on my investment within three months, I was later laughed at and told that I would be lucky to have sales within 6 months! Fortunately, I had my first sale six WEEKS after I left Kreative and found a winning platform.Kreative uses the Warhead platform for their clients. It is so inefficient in so many ways. I never could have had the sales that Parros Parks promised on such a sub-par platform. It does not support abandoned cart recovery. This is a huge boost for sales but not supported on the Warhead platform. It does not support photo reviews submitted by customers. There are no accounting or managerial apps that help track profits, returns, and overhead. The platform does not offer email collection for return customers. I could not build a customer base within my shop which would cost fortunes over time. It contains no upselling tools or apps. I was rejected by two suppliers because they do not support the Warhead platform. These issues all prevent sales and add a huge increase of work on the business end. It is a barely functioning platform and I personally believe only part of the scam. I do not see how any business can function well or for long term on such a platform. The only thing that underperforms more than the platform, is Kreative itself. Beware!
