      On October 23, 2023, my credit card was charged $8659.64 for the support and creation of a website by Kreative LLC. I worked with this company for a number of months via numerous phone calls to set up the website. I had a number of 30 minute meetings with this company that resulted in limited to no website completion. I did sign a contract with this company; required prior to the start of the process however the website never came to be.

      On October 31, 2022, my credit card was charged $7,750.00 for the support and creation of a website by Kreative LLC. I worked with this company for a number of months via numerous phone calls to set up the website. I had a number of one-hour meetings with this company that resulted in limited to no website completion. During many of the calls I was transferred to one department or another in order to move on to the next step in the website completion. During these transfers I engaged with staff who were disorganized offering no instructions on completion of an organized website. When I attempted to contact individuals of this company my voicemails went unanswered. I did sign a contract with this company; required prior to the start of the process however the website never came to fruition. ******** calls did nothing to complete the process and of course the 6-month window is closed.

      I contracted with Kreative in late Jan of 2023 to build and guide me through the process of setting up a drop shipping store. I was assured my store would be up and running in a couple of months as long as I kept my training appointments. I agreed and signed the contract. The trainers seemed extremely busy but we completed the training and I was presented with a website for the store Kreative called "ready to go online" even though I had too many products and many categories didn't work.In early April I received a call from ****** who said I now needed to make an "upgrade" to my store if I wanted to make "decent money" He told me I could expect to start at $5,000/month in sales but if I made an investment I could get to $10,000/month much quicker. I relented and asked for a day or two to think and was told no. After I signed and paid a substantial amount ($12,500) ****** said I needed to have one of their experts do a Site Analysis. I waited for weeks and finally a month and half later in late May (after refund threats) I had the site review with ****. To his credit **** didn't lie and told me my store/concept needed to be more refined. He also said the drop shippers recommended by Kreative were "shit". I asked him about changes to the store's website and **** said don't do anything until our refocusing was completed and I found new drop shipping companies. I was a bit frustrated as I was almost six months in and had nothing to show for it. I sent several emails asking that work on the website be stopped because of ****'s consultation To my surprise a few weeks later I was sent a new website and asked for my approval. I blew my stack and asked for a refund as work was done that didn't made make sense because of Kreative's suggestions.Administrator **** offered me a 20% refund because I was past the three day period outlined in the contract even though I wasn't told there were problems with my site for more than 45 days.

      The company has responded to my complaint with a  new offer but has now rescinded the settlement offer.   I am waiting to hear back from Kreative shortly and will let you know how they respond

      I started with ************ in January 2023 to have them build an e-commerce website for me. They work alongside Kreative which takes care of the design, the marketing the dropshippers they basically have control over the entire site, its was like it was their website not mine. I could make suggestions but they would have to approve them. ************ and Kreative made a commitment with the understanding that I knew nothing about e-commerce. They stated they would walk me thru everything, they would do most if the work I would basically send incoming orders to the dropshippers. They also stated there was 24 hour support for assistance. They also stated that I had 6 months to decide if I was happy with the website or if I had disputes. The website went live very quickly, however the website was a disaster.. Anyone that looked at the site would never buy anything from there. The 24 hour support went to a bot that couldn't answer anything so a message saying - call web support from 8-5 Monday - Friday to make an appointment to speak to someone once the first call to web support is made the meeting with a team member was a week or more out, there was no money coming in and the credit card bills are drowning me. The largest part of my dispute is being mislead. My web site was going no where. II decided to open a dispute. I can't afford to just lose ******. I have a family im trying to support. The first case was with exceed who originally sold me the package looked thru what I was talking about with the website they agreed, without any problem or hesitation they gave me a full refund. Do I reach out to kreative ***************** also agreed to a refund of ******. Plus **** dollars towards the ***** monthly fee i already paid for.. The paper work was mailed to me to sign. I signed everything. Come to find out this was a joke to *****************, he refunded me **** dollars, I questioned him, his response was - well the document is missing one word, and that's AND which means you agreed to the $**** only as a refund says - we have nothing left to discuss, have a nice day!! Just like that like ha ha your screwed, he knew what he was doing as misleading and wrong what he did **** was bs, that was not discussed. I have all the paperwork saved

      The emails sent back and forth between Kreative and I have mysteriously disappeared and the emails remaining are all disoriented.

      I wanted to send you the email where I'm asking Kreative if they were refunding all my money plus ******************************************* monthly fees for their service that they did not provide. I was told I was correct. I have read the paperwork over and over and where it states the refund I was requesting it also states that Kreative was in agreement with the client (meaning me). All the emails remaining are partial conversations.

      I'm just very disappointed that Kreative would keep my ***** dollars when the services agreed upon were not completed. To me that is fraud. This company mislead led me into believing that this website would be making money quickly and all the credit cards that were taken out would be paid off in a short period of time. What they say and what the paperwork states does not match. There was no discussion on only refunding **** dollars, in the discussion I asked multiple times if the **** was in addition to the refund and they agreed. If I had known that Kreative was  going to attempt to deceive me and only give me **** I would have never agreed. 

      I don't understand why they would do what they are doing to me. They know exactly what they are doing and they just don't care, why would a company keep someone's money when they didn't uphold their end of the deal? Then try to say it takes up to 24 months to get things organized on the website, do then why did the site go live looking like it does, that's a perfect example of how they mislead customers. This company is a rip off, fraudulent and dishonest. 

      I hope you can see how they purposely neglected to say exactly what was discussed without paperwork and change how it was written on the paperwork to make them look right.  But honestly they are wrong, I know they know exactly what they are doing to me and other customer's. They have to stop ripping people off. They want to keep **** from me and they did nothing to help make the situation better, so im just supposed to lose **** because they didn't hold up their end of the deal and mislead me. And the document was emailed to me. It was never discussed on what means what. Thats why I feel taken advantage of and mislead by this company. They way they are making this out looks as if it should be clear as day however the paper was never explained to me. The company is now trying to erase recorded calls and emails between both parties to cover their bites because they know they are wrong and don't want to get caught for it. Well I'm not losing **** on their account, no way.

      I'm so upset over how misleading and arrogant this company is. I see this company has many complaints against it on the BBB website. Its disgraceful that company's ate getting rich by ripping hard working people off. 

      I hope you can help me because I'm going to fight this till I'm refunded the money for their unfulfilled agreement. They did nothing to earn ***** dollars. Go look at the website.

      The website especially on the mobile device is horrible, anyone who looks at it will never look again. A five year old could do a better job.

      I just refuse to allow this company to agree to refund me the amount requested then change words around without saying anything to me about it and only refunding me *****. How is that legal? How can they get away with this? This company has ruined my life, I have to file bankruptcy due to this company not even trying to fix things that were wrong on the website. They just wanted to get rid of me the fastest they could. They could careless that my three children and I are now at a great loss. The company working alongside them (************) had no problem refunding my ****** I paid to them after overlooking my complaint about the website and how unorganized the categories were and after looking at the mobile website. They actually were very apologetic. I  think they were quite embarrassed. Kreative on the other hand has cost me my savings and any side money I had for my kids and I. I realky don't feel im being unreasonable about this refund. In 6 months they did not provide the assistance they claimed they would. They will not release the first conversation I had before agreeing to move forward with the website. They only provide what they want you to see, nothing more. I have nothing left to lose so I will keep this going and warm as many others as I can about how this company scams people,  how misleading they are and how fraudulent this company (Kreative) is. The proof is on your website. All the complaints from others prove my point. Why should this company be allowed to continue to rip people off, its disgusting and it needs to stop.

      I will keep going until I reach the *** of Kreative,  I don't care, like I said that company took my savings without holding up their end of the agreement by any means.

      I am rejecting this response because:
      It clearly states in the contract that Kreative agreed to the client's request for a refund if ******. Underneath that it states ***** dollars which I was led to believe was to reimburse me for fees I had already paid. This is how u was mislead. The website never functioned as it should have, it was a mess, n one would ever look at it twice. As for saying there's no gaurentee in profits,  yes that was said along with no worries we are with you the whole way and it will be successful. This company can say whatever it wants to in regards to what was communicated back and forth between us. However they verbally mislead me into believing they would help in anyway make this website profitable, if this was not the case why would I agree to pay them ****** dollars? That would be stupidity on my part, im not stupid I asked a lot of questions. Its funny how they can manipulate what they say to fit them as apposed to being honest. I'm not losing ********************************************************************************************************************** ****** not only *****, they pulled a fast one on me, took advantage of a situation they could have been modest about but chose not to. I've contacted the Federal Trade Comission on this. Bottom line is ************ looked over the website and agreed it was a mess after 5 months of being live, ************ was honest and refunded my ****** without hesitation. I would be happy with at least a half refund of ***** due to them not completing what they agreed to in the beginning. Now im left with high interest credit cards that the website was to have supposedly paid off fairly quickly,, which again is why I agreed to move forward with this website. They fed me bs lines to get me to agree and now want to keep money they did not earn and leave me and my kids without anything to produce income. 

      So no in not satisfied at all with their response. They brag about how they made websites for top Hollywood clients. If that's true why are they so greedy and want my ****? They have misled me and many others. Funny how only certain phone calls are recorded even though I needed to agree to be on a recorded line while this conversation took place or the agent would not move forward, hm?? I'm not settling for a complete loss, not in this economy and especially because Kreative did not hold up or finish their end of the deal.

      I sent attachments of the website. Does that look like its completed? Like any shopper would want to take a second look? First impression is everything and that website shows the worst first impression for any buyer who even go take a look again or even pass along a good word about it.

      If you read the paper it states client requested s refund of ****** and the company agreed to the request. As I understood the ***** dollars was to cover what I did not pay in monthly fees,  thsts how it was described. That's why I say this is misleading to customers. No one explained the paperwork that was sent to say what was actually going to happen and I asked multiple times about it. 

      The website looks like c*** I dont care whst kreative has to say about it. There's no organization at all, I was not promised to make money quickly but it would have been nice to know that u this company is all about making you succeed and they would work with you regardless. That was all lies to get me to sign up and now they don't want to give me half back. The worst decision  i made ls they obviously won't stand by there word. Its sickening to know how greedy a company could get when it comes to returning some money when the web design is not up to par. Thats ok I will continue to fightn for at least half do to the company not having my website ready to go live

      I never said Kreative guaranteed any profits in writing. It was upon speaking with them on a recorded line that no longer exists that it was stated that the business would be profitable, not over night but it would be and if it was not a new niche could be picked and a new website built, this never happened. I attached a copy if where it plainly states 

      Client has requested a refund of ****** and Kreative has agreed to clients request.

      I never agreed to **** dollars I was led to believe that was to cover expenses already paid for in fees. I would have never agreed to**** dollars, that's crazy, why would I take a ****** dollar loss. 

      As for the web site it is not operating as it should any one who looks at it can see its a big mess, its unorganized, prices are missing, wrong categories are listed,  multiple products are listed. If that's operating as it should then I definitely was ripped off. I dont think me asking for half of ****0 is wrong by any means Kreative did not hold up there end of the deal, they ripped me off like do many others gave stayed on the BBB website and thats not fair to anyone. I'm not willing to lose ****** because this company mislead me especially on the cancelation paperwork when it clearly states what I requested and that they agreed to clients request

      I had a phone conversation where I was led to believe the **** dollars was on top of the refund for the ******. I was led to believe it was, it even states above that the client requested a refund of ****** and Kreative was in agreement with this. Then they flip flop over to only refunding a 1,000.

      I feel like i was taken advantage of. I should have read the paperwork better however I asked multiple times about the amount and they agreed with me. They just wanted me to sign the paper. There was definite trickery involved. And im stuck holding a bill for an agreement where they did not uphold their end of the bargain. I hope they are satisfied with ripping people off who don't have a large income as they do, as they brag about it. I also see im not the1st person this has happened to by this company. I'm in contact with others tricked and taken advantage of by kreative, hopefully once we all join forces someone will listen and stop this company from taking advantage of people.

      I'm very disappointed on how this company refuses to refund me my ******. 

      Must be they need to get richer off people less blessed however this will catch up to them im determined to find a way to get my money back for an unfinished agreement signed document or not. I was mislead into agreeing to this, from my understanding from our phone call was the **** dollars was on top of the ****** paid for an incomplete website.

      Kreative, LLC is the first business to scam **.This all started in November of 2020 but we are still dealing with issues from them and were still being charged money within the last 12 months. We lost $13,300 with them.****************, LLC is the next company to scam us. We lost $12,500 with them.Doba is the third company to scam us. We lost $3,400 with them.I-Pro Essentials is the last company to scam us. We lost $3,890 with them.All of these companies were working together to scam us and take our money. We want a refund and are also thinking about taking possible legal action against them.

      I am rejecting this response because: During this entire process with Kreative, I had only made 2 sales, one of which I ended up having to pay out of pocket because the pricing of the product wasn't accurate. The other sale was from a family member. The site is taken down now as well which clearly gives me no room to try and make my money back. Your company took a bunch of my money and didn't help me to further understand how this website worked or how to run it. I called many times trying to get help and seemed to be a bother to the people I had spoken with. I was left with no tools or guidance to help this website to be successful. I have many bank statements showing all of the money that was taken and literally no money made to show for this. I now struggle financially to make ends meet because so much money was taken from me with empty promises. I continually got calls from you guys telling me that I need to spend x amount on this to help me be successful with this or x amount on that to benefit the future of the website. I would like my life savings back that I spent on this so I can move forward with my life and not have this stress weighing on my life everyday.

      On July 25, 2022 I agreed to pay an additional $15,000.00 on top of the $5,000.00 I paid to start my own e-commerce store with a company named, Kreative. *********************** went down a long list of everything my investment would cover and assured me that I would not have to do anything, except answer the questions that the team would ask me through emails and agree to watch the training videos so that I could learn how to operate my store once it as live and making money. I experienced a disorganized team of people who each have their own frustrations working with or for me. This went on for months. I called the man that sold me, *********************** in August and explained my issue and told him I wanted to get a refund. He then gave me over to his boss, ***************** and we exchanged emails. He said (copied & pasted here) "As for a refund, and opting out there is not a whole lot of room for discussion as we are past the 3 day window to make this request and work has been completed or is in progress." Then, the next day, he said (copied and pasted here) "Every client is to be taught how to manage their websites and products on their own eventually. As you just started this venture with KREATIVE on 7/25/2022 and today is only 8/16/2022 your expectancy of 9/1/2022 and seeing traffic and sales is not very realistic.. That said, we also cannot provide any specific timeline as to when this would happen as much of this is dependent upon the client and their productivity. Today, February 7, 2023 my website is still being worked on. I am having to do things I never thought I'd have to do at this stage of the venture. I have been paying ******/ month to KEEP my store operating. By now, I should have made some money to at least pay my monthly fee. I want a refund of 15K. They can keep the 5K and the ****** monthly fee.

      I am rejecting this response because: Attorney ************** does not have the right to give the reason for my complaint, being I have not made sales. 
      That is not why I am complaining.  If I am the one complaining then let me be heard.
      I have several reasons to complain. 
      There have been no sales because I don't have an organized website and the *** is just not done yet.  Those views (visitors(  you  mention you see are ME and a friend of two that I send there to show them what I'm trying to get done. You make is sound like I get organic visitors to my store.

      I have sent in a request for a refund back in August of 2022,  just a month in when I was offered 3,000.00.  I have emails to prove just how unorganized getting started was and my complaints to the company are recorded. 

      I also understand the written agreement as I have a copy of my own. Having said that, the man that sold me should have never done so. I told him I was un-employed and had the time to work on anything they told me to work on and learn watching ALL the videos in the agreement. I worked every single day and was told I had to wait. Basically, I was moving too fast for the team. I had no idea I would have different people each week and not one knew what we did the week before.  And, I did not know the language to explain anything to these people who were suppose to be working FOR ME. They had no organization, no real care about my investment or me as a client and still don't.  My complaints started in August when I emailed the man that sold me. 

      The man that sold me assured me that this opportunity was going to be up and running with in 3-6 months. He literally "talked" me to my bank  (over the phone) and had me take out the additional 15K in a loan to pay for my e-commerce store.  I was UN EMPLOYED taking out this loan! 
      I was fooled into the idea that I was making a good investment that would bring me the finacial goal I had placed for myself.  It wasn't very big, but it was at least an extra 500.00/mo. to start.
      I was unemployed and had the time to put into making this happen within the 3-6 month time frame. The man that sold me knew all of this. He knew I was new to where I live and how I was healing from a near death experience. He knew my personal financial situation and STILL SOLD Me! This is not right. I am 62 years of age and needed a stream of income when I came across this opportunity. 

      The bottom line is, my store is STILL not in order. After going through the 2cnd restructuring of the website, the products that fit the niche were no longer needed and each week or two I was given something new to consider.  As of today, I have had to change the domain name to show the niche based on the products I am looking for and now we have to go through the changes again and all this is suppose to be so the website/store can get *** with Google. 

      I have had the several different team members tell me that the suppliers that they gave me are not something they endorse. Talk about confused! 
      Basically, you don't take an ignorant person (myself) in the world of e-commerce and tell them that if they pay 20K for a fully operational store that is set up with ****** to be optimized and meta tagged, and what ever else has to happen to make it a success, and NOT Deliver the FULL Package in a timely manner. 

      I am asking for some kind of justice. 
      Consider refunding me ****** for the monthly fees and another 10K instead of 15K.

      I signed up with KREATIVE in March, 2022, thinking I could make some extra money. My husband passed away in November, 2021, so I was now on my own. ***** is a funny thing - makes you do things you don't even recall doing. This was a major mistake on my part. I invested over $20,000 - probably would take me a long time to make that back. I was assigned to a very nice woman, but was not pleased with how it was going. I didn't like the product line, web site idea, etc. I decided this was not for me. It was very difficult to TALK to someone in charge! After numerous e-mails, I wrote a letter. I received an e-mail asking me to sign a release, since there was also a monthly charge, and this would stop the charge. It also stated that there was NO REFUND. Really? I barely got started with this company, and no refund? What a scam. I've tried contacting the **** but no contact information is available for *** ******************** I realize that all companies have rules, but are there no exceptions to those rules? I am not a rich woman, and I would appreciate at lease a partial refund.

      I was called by a gentleman named ***************************. He told me I had applied to this *** for a business. I did not I had never heard of this business name before this started. He made me promises that never happened. Kreative charged me $2,750 for an e-commerce store. Nate said it was the Platinum pkg. I would get support while it was set up, I would have support all along with selling until I felt comfortable. They started off giving support, making appts. to check in. Then it went live in May, I got a call from ******************** who is the *** of Kreative. He asked my straight up why was I not making money. I told him I did not have any support, I had never done this before, and needed guidance to make sure I was doing it right. He promised me that, it happened 1 time and the gentleman I spoke with did not have a clue as to what I was doing. I had set up a business page on FB, paid as of right now $200 for advertising, and then with out warning, cleared out everything that was in my business e-mail, all the names I had to contact, all the numbers were changed, I can not speak *** any one. I can not get on my page, It's like they took everything away to hide the fact I was speaking with them and I only have what's on my computer. They shut everything down and I'm left with nothing.
