I was excited about my daughters second birthday. The coordinator was rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional as well as employees. The room for the birthday party was not ready when I was told it would be ready at the time of the party. The price of the party was not worth the money for the two hours. Very disappointedBusiness response

Thank you for bringing Denises complaint to my attention. I was made aware of her situation on the day of her event and believe that we did what we could to address it at that time. My understanding is that she was under
the impression that she could enter the party room early to set up, but this is not possible given the way we operate, so there was clearly some misunderstanding about this. We did explain the situation when she arrived and made an extra effort to have the room available for her as soon as possible, but this did not seem to appease her. Im sorry that we were not able to satisfy ******, and hope that the kids had fun during the event regardless.
