We received two quotes for electrical work. One was more comprehensive and we only desired the simpler solution. Upon reconciling credit card statement, we found that the work was charged and BOTH quotes were also billed to the credit card. Upon requesting refund for the mistake, Mr. Electric denies making the charges, yet the Credit Card clearly shows the multiple charges. We have been calling and asking for research / refund to be done for 6 weeks now and this is not being resolved. All we want is a refund to our credit card for the mis-charge to be corrected before we receive further interest charges from our credit card company. We do agree that the charge for $705.34 is correct for the work for an electrical circuit that we did at his home. However we have done quite a bit of research on the larger amount charged for $6,161.09 and cannot find that we charged you that amount. We had asked the complainant if he had disputed this amount to his credit card company. He said "yes" that they took 3 weeks to research it and had denied his claim. We would have had no reason to charge his card for the above amount. This amount is not shown on any estimate or invoice to this customer.
