Bridgeview property management Raised my rent $100 a month but will not show me why, took away services and staff, took away paying rent in office have to pay online with $10 fee Mold in bathrooms leaky showers and toilets Pond is stagnant and overgrown with weeds and garbage and debri in and around it ALL common ground in park and vacant lots and playground are overgrown weeds garbage and debri wires sticking out in vacant lots washer and dryers are old faulty and we have no access to quarters tenants are harrassed to clean up yard while tenants that work here have debri and tents and don't have to clean up rats are not being taken care ofBusiness response

We are very sorry that you feel this way. Unfortunately, the rental market is high right now. Other parks in the area are charging $800 for an RV space. There is no law stating that we are required to give list of reasons for a rent increase. The bathrooms have been inspected and are being cleaned. This could have been handled in a more pleasant manner if you would have brought it to our attention when you were the one cleaning the restrooms for us. We are currently working on addressing the laundry facilities and are hoping to have upgraded machines and a coin machine soon. I am sorry for the inconveniences, but we are actively taking steps to improve the park.
