Purchased 2023 aurora bunkhouse on 1/12/23 1st was promised $100 parts credit in writing 2- no heat in unit, returned and they fixed it3- I went to use it when it warmed up at the end of June 2023 and most of the pvc connections were leaking water throughout the interior flooding/ruining trailer. This time the gas heat was also not working. And trailer pulled awkward going down freeway due to incorrectly installed axels.. this company has had my trailer for almost 3 months with zero communication. They sold me a lemon. Im still making payments and insurance on a trailer I cannot use. I would like 3 months of payment at $152.00 the $100 the promised in writing $100 for insurance.OR I would like to exchange this trailer for the same or similar trailer. This is an Lemon.All of this could have been avoided if they test the trailers before sale or hold manufacturers accountable. Also they should not pay people to leave them reviews, a review should be genuine on how the buisnes does buisnesInitial Complaint

I bought a trailer camper in June of this year. I also bought an extended warranty for 5 years. After using it for a vacation we found several things that were not working properly or had become detached. We dropped the ** off on August 16 and walked through with the service department with a list. They said it had to set there **** days before getting into the shop. Then they checked out the items and said they needed to check with warranty to see if it was covered. I stopped in to check on the progress on Sept 1. They had not heard from the warranty company yet but would check on Monday Sept 4. I pointed out that it was Labor Day holiday. He assured me they were open and the warranty place was also open. I called them on Sept 5 and the lady said that the warranty company had OKed all but on of the items. I then went out on Sept 8 to again check on the progress. I talked to the man in the service department and he checked and said that they were still waiting on the warranty company to approve the problems. I want straight answers as to when my ** will be fixed. No blaming the warranty company. Not having one person say YES and the other NO. Straight answers and fast service! Not having my ** setting in their lot for **** days before they start work on it. I should be able to drop it off and they start working the next day. I am paying a storage unit for not having anything stored. I bought a ** to use it. Not set in their shop.Initial Complaint

I purchased a ClassC RV from Appleway Aug 19th of 2022. I paid $100,000 for it.It was a brand new 2023 Forest River Sunseeker.I assumed when you buy a brand new vehicle that it would be in working order with minimal if no problems. This was not the case.The nature of my dispute is that numerous components of this vehicle were not functioning properly. Major components. I have had to pay thousands of dollars out of my own pocket to resolve these issues. I have detailed records of every defect, when it occurred and what communication took place to address the issues. (Too much to include in this document, but I can email them to you if needed).I have also had missed work, many inconveniences associated with the purchase of this vehicle. I also have receipts for all the work I had to have done. Over ***** miles have been put on this vehicle taking to first Appleway for repairs and then back to the manufacturer in IN. I have not been compensated a dime. When Appleway gave me their sales pitch, they said you are a part of the Appleway family now and we are there for you. This is an outright lie. They have not stood behind their product or word. They have been terrible about communicating and following through. I have requested compensation from both Appleway and Forest River. Appleway is refusing to give me anything and basically through Forest River under the bus. I have exhausted every possible avenue with zero results and they treat me so rudely.FYI~ Forest River has had good communication, eventually fixed all the issues, and is considering my request for some compensation, at least paying me for mileage to travel for repairs. I do not have an account number or tracking number that I know of. I have all my emails with Appleway and I would be happy to forward them to you. Thank you!
