      In March of 2022 I took my truck to Seatac transmission to have the transmission rebuilt the throwout bearing replaced and a new clutch installed I picked it up on May 12th of 2022 and within a week I had an issue with it and returned it under warranty which was one year ****** miles because it was popping out of 5th gear in the throw out bearing was making noise. I took it back to him three times now in the last year to have it fixed and the problem still exists with transmission. I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau which has been closed in January. The resolution was for me to bring the truck back to him which I did on February 10th of 2023 so that he could fix the throwout bearing and the transmission the throwout bearing. He emailed me April 14th 2023saying it was fixed but would cost me 800 additional dollars to pick up which was never discussed when I dropped off. the transmission is doing something different now and it's still not drivable this has been going on now for over a year and I just want a resolution and I'm tired of being ignored. I've paid just short of $3,000 to have this problem fixed and a year of my time where I haven't been able to work because I haven't had a vehicle that worked properly the truck has had less than a thousand miles put on it since he got it over a year ago and spent more than 6 months at his shop total in the last year for a problem that still hasn't been resolved I either want a refund on my money or I would like to figure out a solution to this problem because I don't have the money to take it somewhere else and pay another $3,000 to have someone else fix the problem that he has already been paid to fix that is still under warranty until May 12th of 2023. I have contacted him and asked him if he would like to see the truck to which he has not replied. I'm guessing he was just waiting until May 12th when the warranty will expire to tell me that there's nothing he can do for me. I have receipts and emails.

      I've emailed her to bring in the truck one more time, I promise I will take care of this. I can start her warrnaty period over again and give here a new 12 month/12,000 mile warranty. I will make this right, ****.
