11/05/2022 around 8:30 pm I had placed an order to Dessert Factory in **** through the Doordash app. My order arrived frozen. The main concern wasn't the frozen desserts it was the liquid substance in the pastries container. I only noticed a musty odor and liquid after trying one of the eclairs. Today 11/06/2022 I took a photo of eclairs so you would have evidence of selling moldy food. I'm not sick to the point of medical services but have diarrhea from what I would assume to be the cause, a moldy pastry!Business response

Sorry to heard about you had bad experience and got low quality product we throw away all our inventory of in case we miss any to prevent future incidents and appreciate to you bring this up if you order through ubereats or Doordash we will provide you refund please provide us your order number or you can call them directly to get refund . I will insure not happen in future thanks you !
