      Ordered 2 bathing suits for my wifethe fit was horrible. There is no way to get in touch with the companyno response from emails sent to the site.

      I made 2 purchases at fullfitall, one on January 28 and the other on February 2. Payment was immediately taken out of my checking account. I have not received confirmation or shipping information. A third party, ******* sent me information that they processed my payments and Fullfitall would contact me. This still has not happened. I sent 3 emails to fullfitall.com customer service with no response. After researching, I find that this issue is quite common with this company. Would like to cancel this order and get my money back.

      DATE OF PURCHASE: January 7, 2023 on line. Order#FF35444, cost $80.07.I ordered ****************** of them fit right. The company gives you 15 days to return or exchange., it was delivered on January 17,2023. The only way to return them is to contact the company by email. I've sent 4 requests and have not received a response. .I went to their ******** page, there is a large amount of complaints of not being able to return. I would like a refund.       Ordered a swim suit online. Received it Sep. 30 2022. Was extremely small and sent an email for a return authorization per their instructions. Have sent 4-5 emails to them with no response. Return policy is 15 days which may be hard to do with no reply from them. I did call my credit card company and they are filing a dispute. A red flag should have come up when there was no address or phone on their website.

      I found them to be very unfair and judgmental about returns. You can only return within 15 day, and they only have a Support email address. They won't except a return unless they provide the mailing label. When you email, they take a long time to get back to you, then not at all. **** made a judgement against me and would not provide a mailing label because I had similar sizes on order. I ordered some too big and some I just didn't like. I found I wear a 16 on top and 18 on the bottom, and that is what was on the third order. I wanted to return the first two which was 3 bathing sets. Two of them were 18/18 on the tops and bottoms, and that was too big. The second order was 16T/18B, but I just changed my mind about it. I have submitted her email making judgement and telling me to wait. The first two orders, the 3 sets, were packaged and ready to go. I was still waiting for the third which I felt very confident about. I told her all that in my response and then, no more emails.       I ordered a bathing suit that did not fit. I sent the bathing suit back in order to get a refund, which was their policy. I paid money to have the bathing suit shipped back, then they stopped communicating and never refunded me the money. I have sent a series of emails since it was shipped back and have not received a reply. They will be able to resell the bathing suit and not refund me.

      I bought 2 swimsuits from the comany, Paid $75.00 with the knowledge that I would receive them in 5 to 8 business days. No suits. They have no customer support to find resoutions .       The date of the transaction was 1/23. It was for a bathing suit that did not fit. There was no invoice. I sent them three emails last week asking for an exchange of sizes and an address. The address I provided you was the return address on the package. I have had no response to my inquiries. They provide no phone number or address on their website, but they do guarantee returns for up to 60 days. I only wish to be able to make the exchange.
