On 1-18-2022 I purchased a 2021 Tesla Model 3 from Infiniti of Tacoma at fife, I placed a **** down payment on the vehicle and the remainder of the purchase price of ****** was paid via a loan from ************ There was a remaining balance of $5400 required as a down payment which I was going to pay on the 18th of February. After three days the manager advised me that they couldnt wait that long and wanted to cancel the deal against my wishes (after accepting ******). The dealership has advised me that they will return **** to me. Minus 95 which they stated they were keeping for a fee. To this date they have not paid the loan off and have since stated that they were going to sell the car to someone else.Initial Complaint

My car has been towed into the dealership three times, they charge me and claim the issue is fixed, it is not. They refuse to replace the factory replaced fuel pump.
