rude, not interested in customer service, internal s**** up, no responsibility ,I was sold solution that could not work on a failing water holding flat internal drain ,after a non speaking crew attempted to create a failed fitting for 3 hours in the rain ,and numerous texts, emails [ immediately] i was left without any promised follow up, " it costs money" was the response to come and actually see where the failure starts [ hard to photograph] is the response... end result? one strip left on the high roof [plus an apparently uninstalled strip that flew off during storm , The original sales person contact me by phone, wondering why he had to be involved , he got paid so ... 'Queen *** at the office, is a star at attack, rather than offer a solution $ 2800,00 later , One ill constructed strip in the wrong color on my garage roof . no attempt to remove it , no attempt to correct, only offer... to cancel the contract. no money back, no offer fix, no responsebility at all. As you can see in the response to the complaint below.. to start answering a complaint with HEY... says it all! Then the request to the client , to offer a name, to see for the company ,who to blame , no offer of solution to the client at all. watch out for this company, highly unprofessional .. smooth talking salesperson. and there it stops.Review from Barb W

I had an excellent experience with Leafless in Seattle. They gave me a quote that was a little pricey but after doing my research the only bad feedback I found was vague reviews about them not providing quotes to people out of their service area and people seemed more mad that they couldn't get the product than angry about things not working. This made me want it even more! I have had it for about a year and a half now and it works awesome!

This place is a joke. ******* S will fail to follow through, and then blame everyone else, and then when you advise you plan to go to his superior, this was the actual response I got:"Hahahaha. Good luck with that one!"Awesome that someone can be so confident of their position with a company, they can do an utterly horrendous job and still be confident enough to laugh when challenged on it.Originally, I filled out an online form, a few days later I got a text saying he had just left me a voicemail. We proceeded to exchange messages, I sent him pictures of my current gutters, and then he promised he would give me a "Satellite Estimate", which I said sounded great, and proceeded to provide my address.This was MONTHS ago. He provided nothing, and dropped the ball. But when I finally reached back out to him, he played all the stupid tricks that he does right here in these reviews, "Oh! We don't have you in our system!" When he drops the ball, this will be his standard response.Well yeah, thanks Sherlock ******! Of COURSE you don't have me in the system, you failed to create an account or profile after my inquiry! Regardless...When I sent a screenshot of my text with the address, he says, "only provided a partial address". Yeah, I included everything BUT city and state. Apparently ****************** is too dense or too lazy to ****** a city/state, when given a zip code. I mean, how could ANYONE possibly decipher someone's city and state from a mere zip code??? Sheesh.Throughout these texts, he keeps trying to flip the script, somehow and continually blaming ME, or making excuses... "We don't have you in the system", "You provided a partial address", "you didn't respond properly to my questions". Whereas I send screenshots of text after text, showing he is in the wrong, EVERY time.Avoid this place. As long as ******* is either running this show or the owner (not sure which), this is a place to be avoided like the plague. WAY better options out there.Leafless in Seattle Inc Response
