I bought a 2015 Chrysler 200 S what is ****** miles the first month I bought it theres been nothing but problems super shady. It was misfiring. Its been having problems. Its left me stranded five times. Ive had to literally get five tow trucks which cost a lot of money I spent a lot of money to fix the car is in the first few weeks I was speaking to the dealership when I had a chance to opt out of this car and loan, I was lied to, and they said I couldnt when I had the time I couldve but they lied to me and I figured that out when it was too late not only is this car a lemon Im in a lot of negative equity, so I just cant trade out of it easily Im 19 years old on my own and trying to build my credit and work towards a good successful future but his is financially this is dragging me down Im living on my own paying my own bills and there are time I cant eat because of the money Im spending to keep this lemon running and Im not the only person that had this problemBusiness response

Dear BBB,
As you are aware, customers satisfaction is of paramount importance to us at Excellent Choice Auto Sales and we take great great pains to ensure that each customer gets no less than everything they have bargained for. Accordingly, we were especially disheartened to learn that **************** is not entirely satisfied with his purchase, having had the opportunity to conduct an investigation and review the documents comprising the deal file , I feel compelled to bring the following indisputable facts to your attention:
Fact 1 : **************** was offered a test drive prior to the purchase.
Fact 2 : **************** was offered to have the vehicle inspected by his own mechanic.
Fact 3: **************** was offered an extended service contract at the time of purchase.
For the forgoing reasons, **************** is solely responsible for the unfortunate position he now find himself in.
However since we deeply care about our customers, we went ahead and contacted **************** and were able to help and come to a mutual settlement agreement.
Thanks again BBB to give us the tools needed to come to a happy solution with our customers.

April 27,2022 I was financing my car through them they did everything illegal.They sold the car to me an put everything in my co signer name, they let me drive off the lot with no insurance coverage, my Friend who's name they put my car in doesn't have a driver's license an now they r trying to repo it.I am going through emotional distress overallthiswhat can I do.Business response
