I would avoid this place at all costs. My wife and I had been looking for an SUV for a while. We wanted to downgrade from our luxury SUV which we simply don't drive or enjoy as much as we thought we would. We saw a Rav4 we liked online, so we put in our information to unlock the "smart price." The smart price unveiled at ****** for this 2021 Rav4 Hybrid. Within seconds, we got a phone call, text, and email asking us to come in and take a look at the car.We drove to the dealership, test drove the car, and decided to move forward with the purchase. Things were going well until this moment. The salesman sat down and offered to sell me the car at not ******, but ******, with a trade in on my existing vehicle at 10k under KBB. The salesman explained how cars do not sell at msrp. They sell for higher due to low supply and high demand. He then continued to explain how this was somehow a good deal for me, insulting my intelligence. Regarding the trade in, the salesman with a straight face told me that used car prices were going to come back down to reality and that KBB was inflated. I essentially was being asked to overpay for the new car due to supply chain issues, but not being offered the same logic on my trade in. Meanwhile, on the lot, a 2019 Rav4 was selling for 44k, higher than the **** of a new Rav4 of the same model. Yet inside, I was being told my used car was not worth even KBB. My goal for this afternoon was to pay **** and get KBB for my trade. Pretty reasonable if you ask me. Since when is it not ok to pay full sticker for a car. I simply don't care if others are paying over, I just know that I was not going to pay over. If that is not doable, fine, I should be allowed to leave.I said it wasn't going to workout and asked to leave, but the salesman refused to give me my keys back. He kept going back and forth, coming back with insulting offers. This is when I became infuriated. I asked for my keys one last time and went and stood by the front where they were talking behind a desk. ***************************, a sales consultant at the front, looked over at the group and asked them to return my key. At this point, another salesman named ************************* came over, apologized, and agreed to sell me the car at msrp with the trade value I wanted. We were then told to wait in the waiting room where we sat for 30 minutes until we were finally asked to come sign. The icing on the cake was finding out after I signed that the car didn't come with floor mats. The same horrible salesman looked at me and said there was nothing he could do and that the car didn't come with mats. I have never purchased a new car without getting floor mats and wouldn't even think to check for or ask, because it seems like such a stupid thing to do. Is it my fault for not checking that the car didn't come with mats? Absolutely. I'll never buy a car again without checking. But I was not offered a solution or even asked if I wanted to even purchase some. We are now owners of a brand new car without floor mats during the one of the wettest ******* on record, and no one at this worthless dealership has been able to respond to my requests to purchase mats. Pretty unbelievable.Between the deceptive and aggressive sales practices, and borderline worthless staff, I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. Once you have signed, you are dead to them. As we were leaving the salesman even said, "You seem pretty tech savvy so I'm not going to help you set up you car." I laughed and shrugged it off at the time, but now that a bit of time has passed, I'm irate. One would expect a little more customer service spending 40k on a new car.I emailed the general manager, *******************, directly to explain my experience, to which I got no response. Shocker.I want to be extremely clear in this review. This dealership epitomizes the sleazy car salesman stereotype and goes out of their way to perpetuate it. I will not return here ever again to purchase a car and I plan to make it my goal to tell everyone about this experience. If someone has a gun to your head and you have no choice but to go to this dealership, try to find a gentleman named ************************* or ***************************. My short interaction with these 2 was the only positive experience I had at this place.I'd give the place zero stars if I could.
