I traded in my 2017 Highlander for a 2020 Highlander almost a year ago. During the trade, they offered to pay for the damaged windshield and the extra miles I went over plus allowing me to trade in 3 months early. All of this was on the contract but 3 weeks after I got the vehicle, I got a bill from Toyota Financial. I took it to the Sales Manager and told them why I am getting billed $1400 dollars and he said it was a mistake and will get it fixed. 2 weeks later, my bill is brought down to $800. I went back and asked him why am I paying for anything when we had made a deal. He made a copy of my bill and said he will get I handled. I told him the due date is coming up and he suggested I pay and Magic Toyota will send me a check for $800. I agreed to pay only cause I don’t want a ding on my credit report. I still have not recieved any check. Every time I call or go there, the Sales Managers say they will handle it and nothing is getting handled. I would like a call from the GMBusiness response

The charges in question are from Toyota Financial Services and Mr. ********* returning his lease. We are working wit Mr. ********* to resolve his concern.
