I am very pleased with the new roof on my front porch. I really appreciated the honest feedback **** gave me when I called to have him come look at putting some flashing between my roof and front porch. He let me know the metal roof was not the right roof to install and gave me a quote on what needed to be done to fix the issue. I was upset because the company I had do the install, put the wrong roof on the porch. I did get a second opinion before I had Chase do the work. That company wanted to replace my entire roof! which is only 9 years old. This company is an honest company that does great work. I highly recommend them.Review from John W

Chase Construction did an excellent job installing a new roof and skylight on my house, garage, and shed. ***** and his crew took their time and did the job right, which I really appreciated. The shingles were laid perfectly straight, and the flashing around chimneys, vents, and the new skylight looks flawless. The crew was friendly and cleaned up after themselves daily. Pricing was competitive plus Chase is a GAF master elite contractor, meaning you get a top tier Golden Pledge warranty from GAF which covers materials defects for 50 years, and workmanship defects for 25 years. This is a HUGE value add, and contractors have to put their employees through special training to qualify for this warranty. I would highly recommend Chase Construction.Review from Lisa C

Chase Construction did such a great job! The roof looks great, and their team was very careful to minimize damage to our yard, and to clean up debris on a daily basis. They were just wonderful to work with. I would recommend them without reservation.Review from Danny B

Needed a new roof in the middle of winter and Chase came through. They were the best priced of our quotes but had the professionalism to make us feel good about choosing them. Our roof is beautiful and doesnt leak anymore what else can you ask for!Review from Steven B

If it was possible, I'd give 6 stars. This was a roof replacement on a house from ****. Not an easy thing to do, pitch of the roof and all. Anyway the crew showed up on time per agreement. And they were pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. The whole thing took 3.5 days. And, not that they were responsible but it was during a 4 day dry spell at the end of March! So no problems with rain. And one thing I can't help but mention - I had rain gutter covers on my house and i expected to have to do it over again after the roof replacement. Nope! The crew put them back on when they were finished with the roof! Amazing! They cleaned up and hauled away the debris. Simply can't say enough positive things. I had multiple bids but a friend of mine recommended Chase Construction to me so I reached out. I was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism and knowledge. On top of all of that their pricing was VERY competitive without a sacrifice to quality. Their team showed up early to ensure they weren't putting my roof at risk because of a lot of rain. They completed it early as well as were flexible to my requests for specific ventilation options. Couldn't recommend them more highly!Review from Tia L

We were having leaking issues on an old metal roof at our business shop that ended up needing a new roof. Chase reps gave us clear communication, prompt & friendly service and cleaned up after the job was complete. They also had to work in our driveway where our employees go in and out and were very accommodating with that too. They were excellent to work with from start to finish!Review from Sandi C

We had interviewed a few roofers and **** with Chase was the best in taking the time to answer all questions we had and helping us pick the best color for our house which was important to me. They were prompt when they showed up on day 1 and got to work right away. During the time doing roof I was very pleased with how they worked, the quality of the work and the finished product was better then I expected. They even replaced gutters which made the drainage work better. I give them 5 stars because they are the best!
