Spa and pool specialists was contacted by my home warranty insurer to inspect my pool heater in early August. This is the second time they've been assigned having to come out before to replace a pool heater that then broke within 6 months again. They sent their service technician out who then informed me that they needed to replace my pump. it has been over 3 months and Spa and Pool specialists still haven't even submitted the diagnosis to the home warranty service. They have called them 4 different times, I have called them at least 4 other times, have emailed, and texted with the service technician who has said that he'd be here to install in two weeks but then never showed. They refuse to respond to anyone and I am being held hostage by their refusal to engage in any communication with me or American home shield to resolve this issue.
