      If zero stars was an option that is what I would grade this business. I rented a car through this establishment upon reservation from my car dealer while they fixed recall related issues. Less than a mile off the lot with the rental car, a baby and a toddler in back, I was alerted that the tire pressure for the back right tire was low. Okay, fair enough (or so I thought), it was hot out. Pressure fluctuates. I immediately stopped at a gas station to check the pressure. It was at psi 20. So, VERY low. I added air and went on my way. This morning, as I started the car, the same alert came on. Low pressure in the same tire. So at this point there is obviously a leak. I live pretty rural, so, not wanting to get stuck on the side of the road with a flat and two young kids in the car, I called to inform them that the tire clearly has a leak. They were completely unhelpful and even rude over the phone telling me that it's not their problem because I drove it off the lot and should have returned it right away. Excuse me......I had a baby and a toddler screaming in the car, and took responsibility for an error that they SHOULD have known of prior to giving me the car had they simply turned the car on..... only to realize that the problem was greater than just needing an air refill. They are now telling me that it is my responsibility to fix this and pay out of my pocket to do so. I'm not sure how this is going to play out but I wanted to make sure others are aware including the BBB. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. I can also see via other reviews that KarMart takes time to reply with justifications for their poor business practices. That tracks with the phone call I had. No responsibility for their lack of customer care.

      First off: the reason that most people (including myself) would ever buy a brand new car, is for the piece of mind that it will be reliable and that if there ever is a problem within the warranty , the dealership will have it taken care of. A great warranty, along with the assurance of in-house repairs was not only my expectation, but the promise of Karmart VW when purchasing. Since then; in only 4.5 months, I have had multiple safety issues and only some were warrantied repairs. Every time I have had one of these safety issues, they were not able to schedule even a diagnosis within 3+ weeks and told me to just not drive my brand new $55k vehicle until then! I had to buy new tires after only 12k miles on my car because of a defective set of stock tires that were on the car. The tires I had to purchase for my brand new car were expensive and this dealer wouldnt even help facilitate this repair. I reluctantly paid for new tires and he tire shop did a great job. Because this is the first ID.4 that they had changed tires on; they didnt know how to reset the warning light on the dash that was triggered by the wheels being removed. So I hesitantly (because they had let me down so many times prior) called Karmart to ask them the steps of how to remove the light. They wanted to schedule me out over 2 weeks to turn off the warning light! Next I called ********** VW in **********, who told me how to fix it in less than 3 minutes over the phone.If you are a breathing human being in need of a new vehicle, please do yourself a HUGE favor and go anywhere else than Burlington Karmart Volkswagon to fill your needs.

      Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Your review though is slightly misleading. In reviewing your service history, you have only ever brought 2 concerns to our attention. After the purchase, VW provides a complimentary 60-day check-up. At that check, you brought up the first concern, a brake squeak. Brakes were inspected and tested at this time with no noise present. Everything on this inspection checked out perfectly. You were not satisfied with this result and inspection and became very loud and obnoxious while continually swearing at staff members. During this visit, you also purchased a 7-pin trailer brake adapter. As a courtesy, when the part arrived, we installed this at no charge to you. The normal cost of installation for this part is $94. Your next visit was for your 10K mile service and inspection. You did not present any issues with the vehicle to us at this time and everything checked out well on your vehicle. Your next visit was for a Tire concern. The tires had the appearance of feathering and improper wear. This often happens from a significant amount of gravel driving or driving on gravel at a high rate of speed. On this visit, we recommended a visit to Discount Tire (our local tire dealer) as we are not a tire dealer and cannot warranty tires. Discount is the local tire dealer for the brand of tire on ID.4 and can assist in a tire warranty claim on those tires. Once again you were not satisfied with this response and began to become loud and obnoxious in the service area and showroom area. This time swearing continually within earshot of customers and children and causing one of our employees to cry because of your aggressive and demeaning behavior. At the end of the day, Discount tire was able to warranty the tire concern, as we directed, and you were only required to pay for a prorated amount of the cost of new tires based on the mileage your current tires had traveled. After this, you decided another visit to our facility was necessary just to yell and swear more on the showroom floor. We have assisted you in every way possible including helping guide you down the right path for a tire warranty concern. We have been kind in every visit even though this kindness has not been returned.
