On December 1st, 2023 at approximately 6pm me and my wife visited Dennys Restaurant to get some food after long day at work. We ordered some dishes and when food was served we found hair in our toast. We asked to replace toast with a new one without hair. Server said they will replace it. We waited for 10 minutes but they still didnt bring new toast back. Even though my wife was hungry before we found someones hair, she didnt want to eat anymore after that happened. She was eating main dish without wanting it, and I ate everything because food was good. After little awhile we asked server why toast takes so long to be cooked and being served. ****** replied that toast will be served as soon as possible, after that my wife said that she didnt want toast anymore. ****** replied with okay, and when she was about to leave she turned around and asked if I wanted a toast, and I said no because I finished my food. After that she said with attitude I cant understand what you didnt like!. I said I didnt like hair in my food, waiting too long for toast and my wife lost appetite. She barely ate half of the plate and didnt want to eat anymore. I said I will only pay for my food and for beverages, but I will not pay for my wifes plate, because you messed up the dinner. To what server replied with No, you will pay for everything. I asked for manager. Manager came and I explained the situation to him, to which he replied that we are right and said I may pay for my plate only, and left. Server started grabbing plates and stack them aggressively and loud in front of our faces. I was shocked by this behavior and I spilled my tea into one of the bowls, after that server started screaming in hysteria telling us to get out of here. It was horrible, people looked at our table in disbelief we felt uncomfortable to be there. I paid for our dinner while she kept yelling at us, I asked manager for names so I could leave a complaint, and server started yelling she calls a police.
