      I bought a bed cover for my truck for approximately $4000.00 USD. . It leaks and also the rear window leaks and does not latch properly. I spoke with the manager at this location and he wa very unprepared unwilling to help. He seemed very upset that I was unhappy with the fact that a brand new top doesnt close and is not water proof. I spoke with the rational sales manager and he stated he would take of the situation.after several texts he has not responded and also not responded to voicemail. He states he would take care of leaks because he had 20+ years of experience. Nothing has been done. I would like a full return on my purchase. I believe this company is unprofessional and a fraud.

      We agree to give the customer a full refund and apologize for the sales manager not getting back to him sooner.  If he can return the product to Canopy World and bring his credit card with him we will be happy to refund his money.

      I purchased a leer canopy for my 2019 Ram **** pickup November 29, 2021 for $3,529.81. From day one the back door will not stay latched, the mechanism that is supposed to secure the door to the sides of the canopy is not long enough to hold it properly. I have taken it back to the dealer twice and all they do is loosen the clamps holding the canopy and push on the sides and then tighten it back down? This does not seem to be a practical way to make certain a canopy would fit on the pickup bed since it was special ordered to fit my pickup. I cannot adequately secure the canopy door, so the whole purpose of purchasing the canopy is void, since I cannot put my tools in the back and feel secure that they will not be stolen. Additionally the door opens when I go down the freeway and item fly out he back of the truck. The sides of the canopy around the rear door are being destroyed the aluminum is gouged and the seal is getting damaged. There is a plastic piece that they put on the top of my tailgate that was stuck on with double sided tape, this came loose and fell off so now the canopy door does not seal against the tailgate. The dealership said this is a manufacturing flaw and that I should go buy double sided tape and stick it back on, really? I paid that much money for a canopy that does not latch, does not lock, and is falling apart, I asked them about trading this canopy in to get a better made canopy, they offered me $200 for the canopy. I want my money back or this canopy fixed so that it will operate the way it was supposed to operate. If you cannot fix it give me my money back or credit me and let me order a canopy that will secure properly. I use this for my business and need to be able to secure my tools.

       We have contacted the customer on 7/23/22 and the customer has agreed to allow us to order in a new door under warranty and some longer latches to allow it to latch and lock better. We have placed that order and will contact the customer as soon as it arrives. We are very sorry for any inconvenience for the customer.
