    A friend recommended this company to me for contacts. I did order contacts from them once. I received the shipment and that was it. Then I got an email saying that I was on auto ship, which I did not as for. I called them and told them when I needed contacts, I would conttact them. Now, a few years later, I am getting an email on an autoship which again, I did not request. How can I get this company to leave me alone?

    Co-sign all of the terrible reviews below. These jokers advertise the lowest price of any of the online retailers, then the "processing fee" is sometimes MORE than the cost of the actual box of contacts. Terrible and dishonest marketing strategy. I will pay more for my contacts at another site just to not give my business to a joke of a company like this

    Do not buy! They advertisemen contact lenses online for ***** a box. I put 2 boxes in my basket, total $75. When I go to check out, AFTER I enter my payment method and AFTER they added shipping, at the page where you finalize the payment, there suddenly appeared an ' insurance and handling' fee of $38!!!, HALF the price of my contacts!! Totally misleading the consumer, playing the consumer for a fool. Do not buy!

    Same as ********** Here. You get to the point where youre tired of looking for contacts online. Find a good price with opticontacts.com. Check out, get the email that they added $188 for processing fees? Ended up paying more than retail for my contacts? This is just a scam here at opticontacts.com. I will be contacting manufacturer to complain. I am sure its pointless to call these con artists.

    I agree with previous review that this company is total bait and switch. They show very attractive pricing. However when you add to cart to check out, they tag on "insurance and processing" fee of $210, almost doubling the initial list price of the lenses! Total BS. Consumers beware.
