We delivered a chair on July 12, 2023 to the Bellingham Store for packing and shipping to *******. Upon delivery the chair had clearly been damaged. I have been in contact with that store since then and have been given nothing but the runaround. The last correspondence I received from them was requesting information that was handled months ago. At this point I have received no compensation for this issue.The ******** Owner is *******************. The store phone number is ************.Business response

Yes,
the chair was broken and I had claimed for insurance to th *** but denied and then I had filled the claim with my business insurance and get delayed due to too old chair and not able to verify the value. Now the insurance had passed the claim and they had issued the check and waiting for that. We are going to pay the damage in next week. All had settled and only the customer was not ready to wait.

This complaint has not be resolved entirely yet. I did receive a check from Ravi ********* but it was not for the full amount. He still owes me $681.69 for the fee to repair the chair and the court cost fee. Please reopen this case.

I attach the email that you had confirmed before the start of the claim that you are okay with the cost of shipping and the declared value of the chair. And you had got that. I can't do more than that.

Hi ,
We have paid the full value of the chair with the cost of packing and shipping. I can't do more than that as per shipping contract and she email me that she was okay with the amount before starting the claim. She had filled in the court Maricopa County Justice courts, *******. If she is not agree then she can fight in the court. I am okay to present my plea in the court.

I am rejecting this response because:He is refusing to pay for the repair costs to fix the chair or the court costs that I have incurred. I never replied that I agreed with what he offered. I told him to process the claim but never said I agreed with him. He says there is nothing more he can do. well there isissue me a check out of his companies checking account and this issue can be closed.

I purchased a 3-month mailbox lease for $90 plus tax and was charged for a year $325.00. When I went back to the *** store they said they can not reimburse me because I didn't come in 24 hrs after the purchase.This was the store's error, not mine. I said I want to cancel the mailbox and they said I would still have to pay for the whole year $325.00. I only had the mailbox for a week. Plus I never did receive any of my mail.
