Within 30 days from the date of order delivery, refunds are available via the following options:
- a refund of the item purchase price, in the original form of payment OR
- an eShakti Gift Card (store credit) for the item purchase price, any applicable customization fee, and the associated shipping fee for the returned item(s)
Between 31 and 60 days from the date of order delivery, we offer a refund of the item purchase price in the form of an eShakti Gift Card.
Please note that if the garment does not fit you as you expect, we now offer a free replacement within 10 days of accepting your remake request (please log into "My Account" on eShakti.com to fill in the request form, upload a photo, and add comments describing the fit issue).
