*** and all his associates are the most wonderful people to work with... they have heart for the people they are working with. My 80 year old mother was in complete despair and we didn't know what to do, *** and **** showed up at our door, explained things better than anyone and pulled us out of homelessness! I truly could not be more thankful..... he's a gift straight from God! Thank you Mac, you'll always have a place in our heart for you!

Looking back on our experience with Mac and House Help NW, I hardly know where to start! The truth is that, due to Covid, we ended up in foreclosure. We'd owned our home for 35 years, and we were completely lost. We hired an attorney who said that our only solution to save our house was to file bankruptcy. That never sat right with **. Then *** came to our home to offer his services. From the beginning, I trusted him. He summed up our situation, told ** what he could do if we wanted to sell. It was a very difficult decision for us, but without being pushed by ***, we decided that it would be for the best if we sold our house. We raised our 3 children and helped raise 2 of our grandsons in this house. There are a lot of memories here for **, but they will come with **. There are a lot of vultures out there that will promise you the moon, and end up failing at everything. Somehow, we knew that *** and his partner were not like that. He was clear on how much he would buy our house for, and how much we would probably end up with, in the end. He did all the figuring in his head! Our house closed yesterday, and Mac's figures we VERY close to our end result! He was kind and assuring all along, and he never lied to **. He returned every phone call in a short amount of time. He answered every question we had, and if he didn't know the answer, he got it and called us back! Mac is an amazing and comfortable man to work with. I always wondered how he would get the things done that he promised **, but I never doubted him. To sum up, first and foremost to me, Mac is honest. He cares about the pain and struggles of deciding to sell a house that had outlived its usefulness to **. He truly cares about the people he is there to serve. He absolutely knows his stuff! He stays in touch! He never pushed ** into making a decision. When we chose to sell our house, I felt peace with that decision. It was time. You will truly not go wrong when you choose Mac and House Help NW!

I'm not good at reviews, but I have to say, I was lost before HouseHelp came along and gave me a shining light that helped me through a troubling time. They know what you need, when you need it, and how to do it. Everyone was caring and as helpful as possible. They really care.

Covid sent our finances spiraling and we faced foreclosure. The notices started coming, panic set in and there was a lot of fear. ***** reached out and I cannot say enough about how reassuring and personable he was. He and Mac got together and offered us a deal to avoid a catastrophic foreclosure and rebuild. The process was so straightforward and stress free. Their team was amazing throughout the process. We have a second chance and cannot thank you enough!

Mac and his team were amazing to work with! Hes very honest and extremely fair with his offer. He helped my grandparents during a very vulnerable time. Once I stepped in as POA, he sat down and explained everything to me that had been going on. I HIGHLY recommend his company. I cant say enough good things about him.

Mac and his team were phenomenal to work with. I needed help trying to help a friend save his condo from foreclosure and I had no idea where to start. they were knowledgeable and professional and most importantly compassionate. I was worried at first that it was a scam, Ive seen the signs for we buy houses and cash for your house type businesses but House Happy is a totally legit business with big heart behind everything they do. I would definitely work with them again and I highly recommend anyone who is facing foreclosure or needing to sell their home without doing any work to it or as is to use these guys. They didnt try and lowball me either which I really appreciated. These guys were a lifesaver!

Well, when my mother died I found myself in a very frightening situation. As an adult child living at home with very little job experience or history, depression soon came. I was about to give up when associates from Mac's HouseHelpNW came to my mom's house after learning about the foreclosure on her property. So I read the reviews of his company and was impressed with his thoughtfulness towards people After meeting Mac for the first time I just knew in my heart he was a nice and caring person and the reviews were true. Always asking if there is anyway to help, Mac even gave me some clothes to get through the cold weather as I had no money to turn on the heat( it was the end of winter when I signed) and to top that off he offered to set me ** in a motel for a month after the move out date,WOW THAT'S AWESOME!!!!!! HouseHelpNW, Mac, ********* ****** you guy's were exceptional, always showing courtesy and niceness. If I could give 10 stars I would as you should feel safe with Mac And his team in dealing with your property or estate.

Mac and House Help NW is the real deal! I 100% recommend Mac when it comes to real estate solutions. My mom's house was being foreclosed on, she got sick and ended up in the hospital and then came the 300 letters from companies trying to buy the house for cash and now I was in charge. This house is an "as-is" house, I didn't have time to do the repairs and I already tried to sell but there was a problem at Title/Escrow. I didn't have the time to go through probate and was just going to have to let the house go. Luckily I decided to answer this call and I'm so happy I did. Mac and his team bought my moms home for a fair price and did ALL of the work to get the cash sale through. He's responsive, fast, the hardest working person, he is thoughtful - it was a hard time with my mom in the hospital - and he didn't push/rush me. He stuck with me - he made it easy and he informed me of every step of the process. If I would have let the house go to auction my mom wouldn't have gotten a cent of the equity in her house. House Help NW is legitimate. I am very pleased with everything from step 1 through closing. Mac makes things easy on you and can handle all of the complications that come up. We had a probate issue that he breezed through, there were liens, there were 2 loans and a bank who was hard to work with, but again Mac handled it all and made it easy for me. This is definitely the way to go if you need help, want to sell your house as-is or want to sell your home for cash and get it all done quickly.

These people really know what they are doing. I had so many people come after my dads house, and they just didn't feel right. But this company showed up and I new right away that they new their business. I am so thankful for Mac and **** for helping me honor my late dad's wishes for his house. If anybody wants to sell their house you guys should actually use this company here they are awesome and they really know what they're doing. I had so many people trying to get this house and it just didn't feel right until these two showed up to my door and they knew exactly what they were talking about and what to do.
