We appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion you may have encountered with our refund policy. Our products do come with a 1-year guarantee but as clearly stated on all purchase pages, any refund processed after 90-days will be in the form of a SANE Store Gift card.
Regarding your store credit, we understand your preference for specific products, and we want to assist you in finding a solution that aligns with your needs. Please be assured that we are committed to working with you to explore alternatives within the available options.
However, we regret to inform you that free shipping charges cannot be included in the refund or credit. We hope for your understanding in this matter as shipping costs are a separate component and cannot be reimbursed.
