I contracted 3 brothers decking to do our deck for an agreed upon amount back in October of 2023. After much back and forth, they finally started the deck in January and partially completed it withouth the rail system. On their multiple request for progress payments, I agreed to pay them in total for the work done recognizing clean-up and haul away still needed to be done including the railing system. After multiple requests and promises, they told me their factory has been working on our railing but for a month now they have stopped responding to my phone calls and e-mails. I would simply like them to finish the job as agreed upon in our contract.Customer response

3 Brothers Decking did contact me based on my prior complaint to the BBB. They have almost finished the deck project but we are still awaiting for the final glass installation and rail integration to be completed.

Contracted for a steel railing from 3 Brothers Decking in December 2023, subcontracted out to Fe. Forge and Foundry. Railing delivered on January 12th was 18" too short. Updated railing has yet to be delivered after many attempts at communication and follow up via email, text and phone calls.
