Hello. I started using Culligan water service delivery back in 2015. I have been communicating with *********************** from the Seattle office with email:*********************** ************************************** Due to dishonest billing, inaccurate billing, fraudulent charges, I wanted to cancel service. In writing *********************** states she will not cancel my culligan service because I didn't return a water dispenser. In looking back on my invoices, I have been being charged $5- $7 monthly now for nearly 7 years. I have always had my own dispenser of which I purchased from ****** and showed proof with photo. I have tried to resolve this with the company to no avail. The customer service: ************ will hang up on me when I call to try and resolve this with accounting or a manager.To date, they refuse to acknowledge that their records are false in stating I have a culligan owned dispenser, their billing is inaccurate stating many months I received deliveries or a certain number of jugs that I simply didn't receive. They owe me for inaccurate billing, falsifying a rental and now *********************** will not cancel my membership so she wants to continue billing me even though I have cancelled in writing and have stated their accounting is once again incorrect and they never rented me a culligan dispenser.Culligan of Seattle other than charging me monthly for a dispenser rental that I was never provided nor needed, they increased their cost per bottle from $6.50 to $9.00 without notifying me. It wasnt until they refused to cancel to, refused to **** accurately, refused to be honest that I have had to look further into their dishonest billing practices.
