I bought a car and within 3 hours I had major issues where the check engine light came on and the car started jerking and shaking as I drove. The next day the car overheated. I found out there was a major coolant leak. As well as cylinder 4 misfire. I had the car inspected by a mechanic before purchase and they said they fixed a small coolant leak. This appears to be false. They also did not charge me for this inspection and later the car dealer told me that he told the mechanic to waive the charge. This makes me wonder if there has been dishonesty from both parties. Since this has happened the car dealer has taken almost a week to address this issue and will only speak to me trough text. They have stoped answering my calls and it feels they are avoiding the issue. They say they cant help me because the car was pre inspected and I agreed to buying as-is however I know about the implied warranty law and feel I deserve he option to give the car back.

S&S Best Auto Sales is a used vehicle dealership and has to work twice as hard for our customer satisfaction. It is unfortunate what ***************************** is going through. However,  Before purchasing the 2015 Chevrolet Trax  Vin#***************** ***************************** took the 2015 Chevrolet Trax out for a test drive, and Mrs. ************ also perform her own per purchase inspection  with a mechanic before the vehicle purchase of this vehicle. ***************** called a few days later with coolant leak  issue and S&S BEST Auto Sales promised to assist with $500  towards the coolant leak repairs, even though the vehicle was sold AS IS and was accepted for purchase  by ***************** as an AS IS vehicle. S&S BEST Auto Sales still provided assistance to appease our customer and  keep a good customer relationship. S&S Best Auto ********************** is not always able to satisfy all of our customers but will do our best to reach an agreement.

I purchased a 2015 Ram Promaster from S&S Best Auto Sales (******, **) September 16, 2021.Due to some engine issues, I waited two weeks to pick up the van - S&S had work done at ************************************ to resolve some of the problems (I have the receipts).I picked up the van and drove it home to *******. It started smoking on the drive home, so I scheduled an appointment with ************************.************* took the van on October 10, 2021, found some faulty engine mounts and replaced them. S&S Auto Sales paid for the majority of this repair (everything excluding taxes). It was my understanding that this is what was causing the smoke, and believing it was fixed, I drove the van out towards Mt. Rainier, but broke down once again in **********. The van was towed back to ************* that night, and has been in the shop ever since. Here are the issues ************* has found over the past 100 days:1. Clutch Position Sensor failed 2. Clutch failed 3. Flywheel and Hydraulic Hoses destroyed 4. Battery failed (this may be the *************'s fault as it had been in the shop multiple months by this time)5. PDC Module sustained water damage (************* fixed this themselves as they think their original mechanic caused this issue)6. Slave Cylinder failed (************* believes replacing the entire transmission will be the cheaper option at this point)Over this period of time, Ive been in contact with both the warranty company (GWC) as well as S&S Auto Sales, trying to work with them to pay for some of the repairs. That said, Im still looking at a growing **** and have a $39,000 loan on van that has non-stop problems.
