      I purchased my 2017 Kia ******** from Boardwalk Motors in ****** **********. It was an amazing experience the salesman was patient with me and all my questions about the car. When it came time to sign the documents for the purchase they were very patient explained what each document was that I was signing. I would buy another automobile from this dealership.

      Awesome experience, sales was patience and took time to educate my daughter on the different vehicles available and options.Gave great offer for trade in and negotiated good price on the vehicle.even offered follow up free follow up detail and referal to other services!

      I bought a car from this dealership not the car I wanted but was told it was within my payment range I wanted to be in.upon getting the vehicle home I had major problems with it and it wouldn't start,the breaks were bad,the tires were worn and airbags we're stuffed back in a sewed up,the battery had been overcharged which is why they only let me drive it around the block and not to exceed 30 miles an hour.Upon contacting them with the break issue they took the car in had it for a few hours told me they fixed it and immediately leaving the dealership the problem was still there.******** after that I had electrical issues and the car quit starting and had to be jumped to start and once again called them with the issues and was told to bring it in and they look at it at my expense I then decided after the last time with nothing fixed I took it to a shop where I was told the breaks were bad needed all new everything which cost me almost ****** then had the car electrical diagnosed to find out the alternator,battery and fuel pump needed replaced another ***** to fix and paid ****** for that result.The cars battery had been overcharged and the cells were fried which caused the battery to become very very hot and being in the trunk was a big concern and was told if I continued to drive the car the battery would explode and being right on top of the gas tank would kill me they sold me a death trap and after being hit by a drunk driver doing ****************************************************************************** I was sold another car which would do the same when told it was a safe and reliable car and cost me ****** which I'm obligated to pay for or let them reposes it ruining my credit that I worked so hard to build and costing me every ***** I had received from insurance pay out on my previous car and left with no money after the repairs I was able to afford which wasn't enough to address the problems.

      Do NOT be fooled by this car dealer. My husband and went there after having a not too pleasant experience at a different lot in ******. At the time, the salesperson was great. Super patient and we were there for a long time. My husband has mobility issues, so getting in and out of car can be difficult. We received an We Owe You for a ** card for the navigation system. As I have received that from another place and it honored quickly, I had no problem with that. It has now been a month and we have not received the ** card. My husband has called several times, gets the run around every time, particularly from the original salesperson. Always the same line Its been ordered; yet they cannot provide any proof of when it was ordered, where it was ordered from, or expected delivery date. I can literally go on Amazon, order the ** card myself, and have it by the end of next week, but I should not have to do that. They asked for a good review shortly after the sale. If I had done it then, easily would have been 5 stars. Now they are lucky to get the 1 star.

      Unfortunately, the entire Automotive Industry is facing a Computer Chip Shortage causing delays in supply. As we have stated today and previously the ** Card has been ordered through ****** of ******** along with a trim piece. The trim piece is available for pick up however, the ** Card will not be received until April 17th. Amazon does not sell New ****** OEM ** Cards. Only Authorized ****** Dealer and Parts can supply them. **** has a plethora of pre-owned (used) ** Cards available because of the shortage on new, but are not guaranteed to work. This has been explained several times including last Wednesday. We still expect to see the ** Card on April 17th barring any carrier delays after it does ship. There is always a possibility of additional delays.
