Floodsmart not only got us the best rate and value for our flood insurance, every year they carefully research comparable policies and have found us better rates more than once. This year, we are seeing a savings of 40% on our premium. Their customer service is top notch, friendly, and responds quickly. Excellent company. Saving a bundle by getting off FEMA coverage. I believe that FEMA premiums are based in part on total claims for all claims received across the nation, regardless of property location circumstances. Floodsmart looks at the actual flood risk for your particular property location and finds an appropriate underwriter for the level of risk. Much lower premium cost along with higher insured coverage limits. I hope to never file a claim, but I feel more assured having the coverage. A+.Review from Tamara K

I could not be happier than I am with Floodsmart. Without my even asking, after I received a renewal notice from my current flood insurance carrier, *********************** at Floodsmart found a new carrier offering even better coverage at a 37% reduction in premium. All paperwork was done quickly and completely and the new policy is now in place. I highly recommend Floodsmart!
