I was told to expect a call for my tags. As it got closer to my temps expiring, I made follow up calls. First, they did not have a copy of my driver's license (which they already made a copy, for me to test drive). They just lost it (a whole PII issue there), so I emailed them a copy. Read google review for second reason..(Character limit) Third, two days before expiration I asked them if I needed to come in to renew tags and they said there is no need. Turns out I had to cancel plans to come in over the weekend because they were unable to get me tags. There is now an issue with the tint of the car that needs a form filled out to receive tags. It took a month to discover and they had no real understanding on how to properly fill the form out. Fourth, their 3rd party VA inspector should of failed inspection because the rotor and brakes needed to be replaced. Their response when I addressed the issue less than an hour after purchase was “There is minor wear but we will take care of it” and “it passed inspection, but we will take care of you”. The minor wear was actually that the brake wear are less than 2/32. My last phone call with them they were supposed to purchase the parts before my arrival today. They were not purchased. Lastly is the disrespect. This is the real reason why I decided to post this. The “we will fix it” and “we will get you what you need” with no follow through is disrespectful but no where near what happened this morning. When I dropped off my car, I was asked to have a word outside. There I was being asked if “I am okay?” and “The staff is worried about what could be in your bag”. I carry a bag (with a Kohala bear key chain on it) that contains my medical supplies that I need to administer daily. I carried this every time I been at that dealership and everywhere I go. I never have been questioned on the contents of this bag. I was wearing a tie dye cookie monster tshirt, gym shorts, and flip flops…. I guess I look as threatening as they come.

At what seemed to be a honest reliable dealership turned into a HORRIBLE car buying experience . I purchased a vehicle from this company under the impression the car was worthy of being purchased and in good standing condition. The salesman was nice of course because they wanted my money . After I called them and told them the issues I was having they told me not to drive the vehicle and I didn’t . I took the car back and they SUPPOSEDLY fixed it without giving me any proof that it was fixed . I asked for a list of items that’s were repaired when I took it back and they told me they would get it to me . Here I am a month LATER with the SAME EXACT PROBLEM they supposed to have fixed .... I called the dealership and told the salesman I spoke with the issue and he told me there was nothing he could do until Monday 11/1/21 because the mechanics were not there On the weekends . They sold me A LEMON and won’t put me into something else or even give me my money back . This IS ILLEGAL and they need to be fined or shut down because hard working citizens are being prayed on and sold pieces of junk for top dollar . I’m not happy and I’ll NEVER speak good about them EVER again

Purchased a vehicle early January within a couple weeks had motor issues. Brought the car in for a routine oil change when the shop found major issues. Car was driven less than 1200 miles since the purchase and was babied (Car only has 30k miles) Now it need a $10,000+ motor. BUYER BEWARE would not recommend this dealer. Reading through the reviews I am not the only one to deal with car issues from this dealer If only I was more diligent when purchasing the car.
